Tires...Maxxis..like wacko2000 said
OIl...Most people mix at 32:1...seems that the cylinders last longer with less wear on them
Pipes....anything is better than stock. T5 and T6's seem to be pretty loud...I have Pro Circuit platinums with T304 silencers and they are pretty sweet sounding...
Shocks..Anything is better than st5ock.. works shocks are pretty good for the money.
Do Like Wacko2000 said and do a search on everything you may have a question about and I'm pretty sure you will find more than enough info that what youre looking for.
for $150 there really isn't all that much you can do performance wise besides getting new replacement reeds...for cosmetic stiff there's alot you can do.. billet handlebar clamps, pegs, control levers...look on ebay and you will see what's out there
What kind of motor/cylinders??? Stock.....cubs....powervalve?? I guessing from the mains you are running a cub or a powervalve motor... if that is the case then I would drop to a 150main with a 45pilot clip in 3rd slot. air screw 1.5-2 turns out. At that elevation on my power valve I run what i just suggested and the jetting is almost dead on..I've gone no higher than a 160 and that was rich...It may have ran great in another motor but no 2 motors are the same and the jetting will be different...
If it's a stock motor/cylinders I'd go up to a 310-340 main and a 27.5 pilot....
Yes they still make them..They have a few sizes to shoose from and they are more expensive than the cubs...yet the cubs and powervalve cylinders make the same peak horse power...
If you took the same amount of money and did the same mods respectively to each cylinder(cub and powervalve) wouldn't they be the same in quickness??
Time and patience....I have 2 banshee's and my list of stuff to do to them is not by any means getting smaller. Most of the awesome looking bikes you see on here didn't get like that over night..the owners took some time to get them like that because we aren't all made of money...Little by little and a lot of patience...
I had to use a big pry bar on my roomies 660 flywheel. Just be careful and don't put too much pressure on it and crack the case. I gently worked my way around the flywheel and after about an hour gentle persuation it came off. See if you can't get a tap and dye set and clean the threads of the flywheel....
The only worse than Ivory soap is irish spring....That crap sucks. My brother is raising his kid like that..well mostly....Also a well mannered kid for being 7..says please and thank you all the time.
That's what I was thinking.. i sat and stared at my axle this morning and visualized the different color schemes and I think the axle in black and the srpocket/brake hubs in the red vein will look best...plus the rear tire hubs are vein red already..
Ok my axle is bent from my wreck..Should I PC the axle vein red and the sprocket and brake hub black or axle black and the srocket/brake hub vien red....I can't make up my mind..The PC will be done by Kaotik1 if you need to see what the vied red looks like
Jeremy...How ar ethe spines on the axle...forgot to ask that last night...also if youhave any pics of it...Found out last night that mine is bent...damn tire wobbles
