  1. The rings don't even go that far down anyway guys. The lower ring stops above the top of the intake ports. From the angle of the wannabe boost ports it looks like they feed the transfer ports as well (more boyesen ports). Those ports look so small that any flow through them will probably be insignificant.
  2. Those are not boost ports those are boyesen ports. Boost ports are the small port above the intake port on stock cylinders.
  3. Nope no cases for sale. I do have some Wiseco 68.25 Blaster pistons for sale as well.
  4. Next time you order new filters order them with a 10 degree angle so they will clear your pipes. I use RU-1090's 3.5" wide 6" long with a 10 degree angle and they work fine. These work on 33-35 pwk and equal sized carbs.
  5. I have a set of 22-11-10 8 paddle hauler tires for sale good shape with the exception of one paddle that has a small defect from the factory I'll get pics soon (no rims)- $100 1 set of 10X7 Douglas Blue label front wheels good shape with steel valve stems again pics soon- $45 RKTech head for a stroker motor. Can be run on a stock stroke or 4mm with new domes. Looking to get $280 with current domes cut for 100 octane 7mm no spacer. I also have various other motor parts that I don't care to list. If you need something let me know. All prices plus shipping.
  6. I'll give you some stock handle bars with rental grips if you want to pay shipping. Bars are in good shape (not bent) and have just a few scratches.
  7. The shift shaft has a notch cut into it for the pinch bolt to go through. The RIS shifter has the bolt in a different spot compared to the stock shifter. The bolt is rotated a little farther forward so it will not fit in the notch cut into the shift shaft. He got it worked out so it fits correctly now.
  8. ASA is upgrading the site and doing maintenance. Now worries man it will be back up in a couple days.
  9. Ha Justin and his halfwave form DC regulator circuits... just wait until he get his battery setup going and runs like 20 of those things off it. He'll be freakin Rudolph leading the pack and blinding everyone on his merry way through the dunes.
  10. If the squish band was not properly cut adding a second head gasket could cause it to detonate quicker. If you want a reliable machine I would return the head to stock and don't run any sort of special piston (Vitos). If it hasn't been done already disable the oil injection system and start premixing the fuel.
  11. Hey 88 how much you want for those pegs?
  12. You guys are paying a ton for race gas. I checked my supplier today and my rates are 4.99 a gallon for 111 octane. If I buy a 55 gallon drum it will save me around .10 cents per gallon. I just don't have a place to store a 55 gallon tank of gas in my garage.
  13. Try pushing the throttle in 1/8 of an inch or so and hold it there and kick it. If it will start like that someone forgot to disable the throttle switch portion of the TORS.
  14. I was doing a search on google today about race gas and found a place online that will ship. Here is the bad news... the average cost for 5 gallons of 110 octane was around 60 dollars. Now add the 20 dollar hazmat fee per 5 gallon can and your up in the 16 bucks per gallon range. NOT WORTH IT!
  15. So your looking for a rolling chassis and a big bore motor?
  16. Ok here is what you need to do. First take your tires width 190 for example. Divide 190 by 25.4 thus converting the tires width in mm to inches. You end up with a 7.48 inch wide tire. Now you take your 40 which is the percentage of the tires width to get the side wall on one side of the tire. 190 X .40 = 76mm like MOF said. Again divide that by 25.4 to get your inch dimension. 76/25.4 = 2.99 round up to 3" to make it simple on yourself. Since this dimension is only from the edge of the wheel to the edge of the tire on one side you multiply it by two. Add this number to your rim size and you will get your tires diameter. 3x2 = 6... 6+14= 20 Your 190-40-14 tire is 20 inches tall 7.48 inches wide and probably not what you are looking for. Look for something with the largest width 265-305 and very small aspect ratio 35-40 series on like a 16-20 inch wheel. Disreguard the last part about wheel size since you are looking for something on a 14" wheel... good luck
  17. Since you already bought the G-force just throw that on. The stock axles are pretty stout as long as you don't use wheel spacers or really offset wheels. The problem with extended axles is they do tend to bend easier. Don't get me wrong though it will still take quite a hit or bad landing to bend the G-force.
  18. Easy out or drill out the bolt. Make sure you grind the bolt flush before you trying drilling or using the easy out. It will keep the bit from wandering.
  19. Were the silencer recently packed with fresh packing? Kind of stupid to pull the whole topend apart if it's only the packing burning off.
  20. http://www.addictinggames.com/punkomatic.html Give the punkomatic a whirl and see what you can come up with. Your pretty limited with beats and riffs but it's still fun to mess around with. Copy and paste your codes in here when you save your files so everyone can hear your work. The codes are longer than hell though and need to be put in exactly as they are generated so don't bother trying to type it all out. One of my codes: 9-0-0-886-76886-0---6-774-6-6-7786-0---1---77870-1-01111--0---1-4-4-6-780---88801089-c-1-1-1-0---0---1---5-8-1---1---0---3-5-7-8---7-9---7-6-0---0---1---3-7-8---0---0--c-a-2-2-2-1---2-2-4-4-5-7-8-4-2-4-2-1---2-2-1-2-1---3-3-2-4-4-3-7-8-7---0---2-1---2-2a-
  21. PM me... I have the mains. What size pilot jets are you looking for?
  22. Gas or alky and who's dyno did you use? Were you using bigbore 7mm cubs? Spacer plate or cut domes? What ignition are you running (if Dyna are you burning your own curves)? How much torque and at what rpms (post dyno chart please).
  23. It really depends on what tank you have and how modified your motor is. From Gordon's to the End of Roadrunner it's close to 20 miles. I went about 13 miles on my ported motor through the dunes before I ran out. With a 5 gallon tank and a completely stock motor you might be able to make it there and back. Using google earth it shows from the ranger station at glamis to the drags at gordons it's 22 miles. From the beach store to Gecko road following sand highway it's about 6 miles. 56 miles is a hell of a long way on any banshee.
  24. 87 around here is 2.51 a gallon at the cheapest locations. If you want 91 you better take out a loan or rob a bank.
  25. Did you install the flywheel or did someone else just impact the nut on there? It could have rusted together as well but you really shouldn't have that much trouble getting it off.
