    Never in my years of working on these things have I saw a leak there. At first I was gonna say epoxy there is the dumbest thing ever, but I guess anything is possible. But the two sets of cases on my bench definitely appear that they are solid aluminum. Not sure what you have going on.

    Fuck, just save the time and find a running bike you can swap parts off. Just make a post here trying to find some one within driving distance and go meet up and start yanking shit. I get that it's not the most technical, but I keep running spares around all the time to just do the ol' swap n' check. It's way faster at the track.

    Can port, but not jet? Ok..... Well. Try upping the main to a 370 and work down. Maybe a clip richer on the needles and 30 pilot. With the size of those carbs the pilot may like to be a bit larger since there won be much off idle vacuum on a set up like that.

    Looks good. The temptation to make the exhaust wide is usually a hard one to fight off, but the banshee cylinder puts the exhaust right on the transfers. Makes it difficult to pull it off. You seem to have a nice compromise there.
