  2. Any boosted or high compression car guys ever have to ream their brand new AFR, Brodix, Trick Flow, or Dart heads before dropping them on? I've built a few car engines and never ran in to this even on raw heads. (This is a serious question, not trying to stir shit up)
  3. This is pretty close to how Doc Fang Engineering does his two stroke stuff. It has done more then prove it self in the sled world. Needless to say, the motor he just did for my buddy's banshee is near 90 hp on T5's with extremely usable curve. There is just as much transfer work as a few drag cyls I've seen lately. He honestly didn't get to crazy with the timings either.

  14. Worst case scenario: heads just keep desinigrating and neither method works. At that point, just zip the head off any stuck bolt. Remove the cover and there should be a decent chunk of material to grab with vice grips.

  17. Bushings. There is a company that sells needle roller bearings to replace the bushings but I haven't seen them in a while.

  20. Why do guys keep making it sound like Andy hasn't been doing shit? His sponsor banner has been here for what, 2-3 years now? Yeah he came in throwing elbows, but one of the first threads he started before any of the new pipe talk was a thread soley for folks to talk their shit. For a fella to do that I'd say he's well aware of what folks think. There are a lot of fellas out there building kick ass shit and most guys here have no clue who they are just because they don't have a banner here. That doesn't mean they aren't more then capable. I've heard of a few piddly orders falling through the cracks and that's the worst. NEVER have I heard of somebody that paid for one of Andy's motors that wasn't EXTREMELY HAPPY. This sum bitch can build monsters with the best of them.

  22. I've got way to many burn scars from suicides and rockets. It makes the chicks that are willing to blow me wonder if I've been mutilating myself... That reminds me, if I can get caught back up and finish the 10 mil, I'll be in need of a set of custom pipes for the ice bike. I've talked with you on the phone about possibly making them for a YFZ chassis...
