What was the set up? 7/8" is tiny. If I saw that I'd assume they were for some hot stock stroke 350. Anything more and you should of definitely found something different.

Ya, that's typical of an aftermarket cast plate. Had a RM plate let go of my brand new OEM stator from the dealer like 5 years ago. Fucking stator looked like some dirty meth heads teeth. I posted pics here, so maybe you didn't look hard enough for the proof. It's a bummer you got GOT. Hopefully this helps out some folks looking for a new plate.
