Either of those depending on rod. I'm assuming you have a stock crank, not a long rod stock stroke. If that's the case, you need the top one.
Try three OEM and three of the driveline springs. If you are the type who gives the clutch a good work out, it'll only be worse with excess spring pressure.

Whoa! That link you posted is for the air screw. That is totally different then the plastic adjuster. Do not order those if what you want is idle adjustment.
So your motor toasted the outer stator side bearing on 2 different set ups? Hmm, first I'd look in to the cases and look for wear along the bearing surfaces. Check seals & gaskets and see if there's something on the mating surfaces as well.
