220 then 400 then 600 grit wet dry sandpaper keeping the surface lightly wet with soapy water then use 0000 steel wool or a red scotchbrite pad I use Flitz metal polish. Works better than mothers or any thing else i have tried. http://www.flitz.com Kinda spendy but works kick ass!

take the signed title and the bike to dmv. Get the Vin verifired than just get it transfered like you would a car. Probly don't need it notarized like they do in AZ. The dmv here isn't that anal.

Speed limts are not law. Look at the ticket it normally states above safe and prudent speed. That requires individual interpretation of road condition, traffic load, time of day, and weather conditions. The limit was put in place when the road was built as a catch all safe speed for that road under 99.9 percent of driving conditions.

hacksaw or sawzall. after cutting i deburr with a fine file then wet sand with 220 and 400 grit sand paper then polish with tripoli and white rouge compound. Cant even tell it wasn't made that way.

Ok I am ready to make over my shee. It is ugly grey framed with white black and red factory plastics. I want to coat the frame to look similar to the 04 red yfz 450 with black front, rear, and tank plastics and a carbon radiator grille. What i need from you guys that live in socal are the info for local shops that are decent pricewise and not rude pricks.

Dexron Mercon is the old lady shift type fluid Chrysler type is the in between Type f is the firmest shifting auto trans fluid. I use type F in my 66 Chevelle. I was told however that if you have been using regular oil in your trans to keep using it until you change your clutch. Other wise it will prematurely fry the clutch when you change.

With haulers and razors my 87 weighs 313 with a full tank of fuel. It handles better than my friends 88 250r and i can handle the whoops just as fast as another friend on his yzf450. The LT's have a bad wrap cause the engines suck. The 85-86 actually handles better in my opinion but i have broken the swingarm 6 times and the a arm mount twice. Anyone ever seen this done?

Anyne ever heard of a Banshee engine in an LT chassis? I have my pick of 3 chassis 2 86's and an 87. I have access to pipe benders tig welders and a complete machine shop. Fabrication does not scare me.

Dude really came through. Originally was only supposed to be everything in the bottom end except clutch and crank. When i opened the box it was everything except the crank. Stock clutch basket and top with a barnett dirt digger fibers and steels unless i am mistaken. Outstanding seller. Prompt and couteous with his emails. didn't try and rape me on shipping either.

Same thing happened to my banshee a couple times. V-force II's right side kept breaking the upper middle reed. The only other time that happened the ring ends butted together, And got stuck.

21x10x8 9 paddle regular haulers. 8 was too much spin 10 was too much bite we'll see tonight if 9 is just right. The drag bike has 22x12x10 10 paddle taller haulers and a plus 4 swingarm enjoy the sand

Riddle me this. How is it that if the price of crude goes up $4 a barrel you see a price increase at the pump the next day but if the pirce drops $6 a barrel it takes up to 2 weeks to see it at the pump? WTF?

Want a-arm frame with title. have 35 mm pwk's intakes and boots have 30 mm roundslides and intakes have 34 mm roundslides intakes and boots also have drag ported cylinders and pistons (less than 6 hours on them) Not that they are worth anything but I have 2 stock milled and polished heads I need an A-Arm frame with a title No i don't want to sell any of these items until i have a Frame with title. Straight trade for the Cylinders any carb set and varying amounts of cash. prefer trade to be in Cali so i don't have to ship anything. Willing to drive to L.A area.
