  1. thinkin I want a set of out of frame pipes. Looking for a set of silenced out of frame shearers, small bores. will trade my in frame small bore shearers for them.
  2. happen to have a pic of the axle and the ring??
  3. sounds like a crank seal, you can split the cases with out taking the cylinders off if ya want, just undo everything and turn the engine up side down, then pull the bottom half off of the top half. the crank and tranny will stay in the top half. Make sure to put some whit lithium grease on the lip of the seal where the drive gear rides on. will make the seal last longer.
  4. [email protected] how much you looking to get out of it? who did the engine work? whats up with the power valve??
  5. plug the exhaust ports, put the spark plugs in, plug the intakes with the gauge is one and the pump in the other. Pump the engine up to 6psi and let sit for 6min. if it holds at 6psi you are good to go, if not pump it back up and start sprayin all the mating surfaces with soapy water. Dont forget the crank seals and the reed cage gaskets!! I always do my compression tests cold and with the pipes on, not sure if the pipes make a difference though.
  6. modify your stock plate! just take it off, and use a dermal to slot the holes that the screws go through. 1mm is about 1 degree of advance. You have to slot the holes so that the plate turns clockwise. I did this on my play bike and it works great!
  7. I weigh 240, I think a 125 may be alittle small for me. thanks though.
  8. check the bushings where the j arm mounts to the frame. My play bike j arm was hitting my shock and thats all it ended up being. I go up to my buddys cabin every year for memorial weekend so I will not be making this trip. 4th of july I will be there for sure though!
  9. sounds like a bad cranks seal on the clutch side. first place I would look. Also you should always leak test the engine before ya put it in the frame, that way ya know it is sealed!
  10. Looking for a 250 of some sort. dont mind if it is blown up. Just looking for a trail bike. 2 or 4 stroke. mind 90's and up please. May trade my 89 play bike banshee for it. let me know what ya have and how much. Pics would be great also. thanks
  11. ebay 35 bucks
  12. which clips are you talking about??
  13. I had this happen on my buddys banshee, we took the banjo bolt out of the master cylinder and I held my thumb over the hole on the master cylinder, then I slowly pumped the brakes till it started pushing fluid out of the hole. It also back bled a bunch of air into the rezy. Then we hooked the line back up and it took 5 min to bleed the system.
  14. if you have to machine the cases and buy a different head, you misewell buy a big cheetah. It has the bigger intakes that can feed the bigger bore.
  15. One of the wildest things I have ever seen thats for sure! Yeah I had a power wheels, then I got a 60cc four wheeler for my 3rd b day, then I bought a dirt bike and raced motocross for a while, then ended up back on a four wheeler for sure! well congrats to you too!
  16. I think it was a 16! oops! :yelrotflmao:
  17. thanks! I plan on it! I figure around his 3rd b day is when he will get to start ridin with me. After seen your boys bike run, I am sure I will be hittin ya up for some parts for my boys. Yeah I know it! Figure I dont have to build a bigger bike now. :yelrotflmao:
  18. went and did the new three d ultra sound with the ol lady wensday. Its gonna be a boy. She only has 7 weeks left. Hehehehe now I will have a little jockey in training.
  19. stay away from the hush kit though, right jim.
  20. cant wait to get it to the track and see what times it will pull!
  21. what is the rear shaw valved for?? link? no link? swinger length, rider weight? are they all the same length eye to eye?
  22. be careful with stock cylinders with a big bore kit in them. The sleeve that is installed to make the big bore kit cuts the transfers way down and its hard to make power with them without a bunch of porting! I had a tyson 404 kit on my bike for a little bit and I was not happy with it. Made good power, but was not enough for me!
  23. because the coil fires both plugs every 180 degrees. so it does not matter which wire is on which plug.
  24. yeah it was a long ride home! I am beat! let me know when ya get that thing a dialed in and I will see what its gonna take to get out on that track. no motion for me! lalalala :yelrotflmao:
