  2. you will not get in the gate with out them! you can buy clamp on sparkys that will fit what ever exhaust you have, or you can buy a set of fmfs or por circuits with the built in spark arresters in the silencers.
  3. http://www.greatlakes4x4.com/showthread.php?t=94712 little info on the new owners of what used to be a sweet camp ground

  8. how does the motor mounts look?? do you have the bottom mounts on?? also did you look at the clutch when you had it apart? my drag bike was doing this when the bushings in the lower motor mounts where wore out!

  11. val du is no more! they sold it this winter and the new owners turned it into a family retreat! we had reservations for the 4th of july this year and we got a three page packet with all the new b.s. rules!
  12. I still have the front shocks, sorry man been slackin!!! I will get um in the mail for ya.
  13. when the temps are cooler ya have to use alittle starter fluid. I always leave alittle purge gas in the bowls, bike seems to start alot easier on gas, then turn the petcock on and let the alky flow. Once ya get the bike fired up for the first time in the morning you should not have a problem starting it with the kicker and no starter fluid the rest of the day. If you cant I would say you have some jetting issues. what are you running for a main and dump?? how about the pilot?? what needles?
  14. I should be up there with a big group! there is no place to camp in the dunes, but there are a bunch of camp sites in town that you can stay at. you better get some reservations going though. they fill up fast!!
  15. if he does not want um I'll take um. let me know
  16. my grand parents live 5 min down the road from club 37!! wish I was headed up there this weekend I would meet up with ya and tear it up!
  17. glad I could help! I run the one with the ressy going down, it has a red spring on it.
  18. sounds good, let me know
  19. Yeah I am a bit east of that, you pay shipping and I will send them to ya if ya want. Na jeff, we have a 6 year tradition of going to a good friend of mines cabin and trail riding. I would like to go to the dunes but tradition is tradition. I will be up there for the 4th of july and labor day weekend for sure though!
  20. the 300 shocks are shorter than the blaster shocks. I dont remember what year r6 it came from, I do know I had to drill the bolt holes bigger on the shock other than that it was a direct fit. The 300 shocks bolt right up no mods! blaster shocks are only a 1/2" shorter than stockers. I will measure my shocks for ya tonight, I know the arms sit level with the frame with the 300 shocks
  21. I run it with a link on a 10 over, its alittle soft with my 250 lb ass on it, but it should work damn good you u!! lowers the bike alot though. what are you running on the front?? I could give ya the 300 ex shocks for the weekend too if ya want. let me know man, no big thing to me
  22. I have the r6 shock off of my bike right now. Dont know how heavy you are or how long your swinger is, but you are more than welcome to use it. I am going trail riding so I wont be up at the dunes, but if you take I- 96 up you go right by my house I could meet ya at the e way
  23. motor runs damn hard for a dune port!! would make a great trail bike also! or ya could go bigger carbs, drag pipes and alky and have your self a fun little drag bike.
  24. wheres your cabin shayne?? let me know when ya head up there. I am always looking for new places to ride! I love jumpin on the play bike and blastin down the dirt back roads out by me. My friends and I ride for hours and never hit the same road twice. Its a blast
