  1. you have to remember also that there is a squish clearance between the dome and the pistion so using a flat plate to cc the head is the correct way. Just remember.... "you can go broke trying to save money!!" I would sell the domes you have and just have noss cut ya the correct ones. Trust me on this, I tried to modify a set of domes I had and it cost me a couple pistons because I could not stop the detonation!!!! Had a new set cut, problem solved!!

  8. how do you dump one ipod onto an other one with out losing the songs on both of them?? What program is everyone using?? itunes??
  9. talked to dan the other day. He said he is getting out of it all together. wish I had the cash for the cylinders right now!!
  10. your only talking about 4-10 psi here, flipping the stem works just fine.
  11. I would say your gonna need a lock up to keep the clutch from slipping. You can put an 18 or a 20 mill crank in a set of stock cases, but the cases have to be trenched welded and or epoxied to keep them from leaking! you can drop a 4mill crank in with no mods to the cases. Jeff at FAST sells a really nice clutch kit that holds up to drag motors well!
  12. Must drink beer while going down the track during the pit bike race!! It was a blast last year! Cant wait for this one!
  13. how much for one right upper a arm bolt and nut?? lol j/k bump for a great guy!
  14. if you have a stock harness you can build your own real easy. just grab your clymers manual and cut out what you do not need
  15. hit up blewbyu on here, he has a really nice chassis for sale
  16. just got back from there, next trip up there will be labor day weekend
  17. that trick works, or they do make a stud removal tool for such a job
  18. I was out on my play bike all day sunday. we where parked on the beach in a whit super duty
  19. he is fine, alittle scraped and bruised up. Nothing major though. He launched and went into a big wheelie, we are trying to decide if the handle bars broke when he came down, or if the right tie rod broke, but one of the two things caused him to crash and cart wheel the bike a couple times. It kinked the pipes, bent the upper control arm, broke the bars and the tie rod and tweaked a couple things here and there, all in all though, he is just lucky to have walked away from it! He is in the process of trying to get it back together for the t&t here in a couple weeks
  20. what a great weekend!! weather was perfect! good to see ya shayne and jeff. what happened to everyone else? hope ya get the bike back together jeff!
  21. damn I just sold my stock grab bar and tail light!! how much ya thinking to ship?? are the cases broke anywhere? do you happen to have the cylinders?
  22. for some one with a bone stock bike, I would start off with a timing plate, pipes (t-5s or cpis are really good cause they respond to porting well.) throw a head on it with some higher compression domes, reeds, and a torrs eliminator kit and you should be rippin!!! then when ya get used to the new found power and want more, have it ported and or stroked!
  23. ill take it if he doesn't!!
  24. good to hear ya got it figured out!
  25. little bit of a ride for me man, maybe next time
