pm fasttoys on here, he has one of the best clutches around!! it held up on my 100hp cub motor without a lock-up!!
785-364-5325 or you can call him and talk to him personaly
got a set of 39mm pwks setup for alky, bought these now I have decided that I will stick to gas. come ready to bolt on. first 300.00 takes um.
can get pictures if needed. also looking for a 3/4 tube +10 swinger for a banshee if anyone wants to work out a trade.
I did not know that. dave moore racing also makes a dunable one that is 310.00 but it is only a 2-4 override.
what type of override does redline make??
port it pipes timing plate air filter kit cool head. if it is not fast enough for ya after all that get a cub and hold on!!
the big bore kits squish the transfer ports down real small and if the cylinders are not really ported you will lose performance.( the transfer ports and exhaust port are your main power makers.
ran twos lost a screw destroyed top end, bought some threes and had them ported to match my 39mm intakes and have not had one problem with them.
did not notice a change in performance between the two though.
yeah as of right now I am going to ls, so far it has worked great!! we have had it out on the ice a couple times and have put about 30-40 600ft ice passes on it. no complaints as of yet!!
like I said before I have let friends ride it that have never even heard of an override tranny and it has held up to there abuse oh and the time or two I forgot about it the way I looked at it was, it is right around the same price as a regular override so why not give it a try right??
got mine from greg whitekar down in florda. ran me 350.00 shipped to my door, bought a 2-5 over ride dunable.
love it no problems as of yet and I have let alot of my friends ride it that dont even know what an override is.

he sells them on ebay all the time or you can just call him and set it all up. he can do all kinds of trannys too. 1-5 2-5 2-4 1-5 with 6th gear etc... he will fill ya in.
good luck
take it up a couple on the main jet, do a plug chop and jet down form there. were do you have the needles set? are they stock needles?? what piloit are you running? all these things lead to the running condision of your motor. try a 360 main and see what the plugs look like, there is an article in the jetting page on this forum that has some good tips, you should check it out.
dont get the plug lock, the plugs backing out is the only thing saving your motor!!!!
you go locking the plugs down and it will blow sky high! check your jetting first. I thought I was good with the jetting I had and it backed the plugs out a time or two. ended up jumping up like two or three jet sizes before it was were it needed to be.
I think if ya get a couple of people inrested, you should make a contest out of it. have them all design a web site for ya, you chose the one you like best, and the winner gets parts, porting, etc.... just an idea for ya
cut those plugs out, cut the harness out that goes to the throttle, if you still have the stock clutch perch with the ebrake cut that harness offf remove the black box under the gas tank and cut the plug out of the harness. this is all tors stuff that are not needed and are real good at causeing problems when you are out riding.
if you have new carbs non of this stuff is needed anyway. let me know if ya need more help.
noss head, you dont have to change head studs. looks better than a pro design in my opinion. also if you dont mind running race gas I would go with 19cc domes my bike ran great for two seasons with 19ccs on the same set of pistions, only reason I tore it down was to put my cub on it
