  2. advance timing, lighten flywheel, porting, nology coil.
  3. did ya put any sealant on the treads before you put the nuts on the studs and torqued them down?? mine did this when I put my cubs together, dlnoss told me to back one nut off at a time and put some sealent on the threads then retorque them to 20 ft.lbs and I was good to go.

I have a 1999 yz 125 with a freash top end,minor clean up port and polish, pc pipe and silencer, milled and rechambered head, wiseco pistion and rings, cometic gaskets,boysen reeds, pro taper bars, good tires, 6 paddle paddle tire included. great running bike, built to race motocross but now my brother has got the banshee bug and wants to change gears. I will have pics tomarrow. willing to trough in some cash to complete the deal if need be. please let me know what ya got and pics would be helpful

I am thinking you are changeing the main jets if you are running a 160, my 39mm kehiens only have a 60 piolet in them where are your air screws set at?? if you turn them in it will make it richer and if you turn them out it will make it leaner, if you have to go pasted like 2.5-3 turns out you need a leaner piolet if you have to go under a half a turn you need a richer piolet I would say, turn the air screws all the way in, then back them out 2 turns and see if this helps.
  13. glad to see one person is brave enough to bare the chilly nights! let me know where you are planin on stayin this year and I may end up there also, maybe toss a few back.
  14. banshees run on ac current, the gauges are setup for 12v dc current, you are gonna have to convert the stator over to dc and get a capaciter I believe. do a search on the conversion, there was a good how to on here that showed you what needed to be done.
  15. the cub cylinders are all priced at 875 form any engine builder around, I dont think they are allowed to sell them any cheaper than that.
  16. had this problem with mine, just take the nuts off one at a time and put some rtv on the treads, then torque the nut back down, should be good to go.

  18. I have no problem lettin people ride mine, one rule though you break it you bought it. I looked into some of those races and I am gonna try and make a couple of them this year, see ya there.
  19. post some places times and dates please, would like to attend some of these races you talk about. anything close to latrobe pa? friend of mine lives there so I could make a weekend out of it.
