  1. I haven't done anything to it since the last time I rode it. So do you think it might be doing this because it needs a new top end?
  2. I was at the track the other day and when I went to practice, it started cutting out when on the throttle. So I checked my plugs and they were fouled, so I put new plugs in and it still down the same thing. Got home and tryed to start it and it wouldn't start. When I kicked it it started kindof sputtering or backfiring. Then every now and then when I kicked it it felt like it didn't have compression. What could be the problem, bad gas, bad filter? My mods are in my sig. Its the 2000 banshee.
  3. I'm running hoosier rear tires and I was wondering do you go up with air pressure for less traction or more traction, because I heard you go up with it so it will spread the grooves apart for more traction. I just wanted to check and see if this is true. Also what is a good starting point for air pressure for the front, O by the the I'm running American Racers on the front.
  4. Yea, I was just wondering where to the center piece for the wheels because the bolt pattern is for the yamahas like the banshee and I was wondering if I could just change the center piece out and where to get them at. I looked on Hi-pers web site and didn't find anything.
  5. On the ltr450 the front is 4/144 and the rear is 4/110
  6. Yea mine are for banshee, warrior, raptor ect..., but I have found a set cheap and was needing to change them to a suzuki pattern to run on my ltr450
  7. I was wondering if they make different inserts for these to change the bolt pattern. If so, where could I order some from?
  8. come on guys, somebody needs this bike, may consider trade for a jetski
  9. I'm selling my 2000 banshee because I need some cash. My cell number is (580)927-5301. I want $3500obo. This thing is crazy fast. This bike has been built from the ground up. The only thing stock on this bike pretty much is the kick starter and the rear brake lever. They frame has been lightened, strengthened, and powdercoated black, the motor was built by PASSION RACING in Tulsa, it is a 4mil stroker motor, I think the cc will be about 400 to 420. The guy I bought it from had it on the dyno and it had 75hp to the rear wheels and high 40s to low 50s ft pounds of torque, that is more than most stoke 4 stroke quads. It has a Noss Machine coolhead with 17cc domes, runs off of 110 race fuel. The motor has been completly went through and built, I'm not sure what all is done to it on the inside. It has 35pwk carbs,vforce2 reeds, noss machine reed spacers, proflow intake with k&n, the port job was done so that the bike pulls all the time. This thing even pulls like crazy before the power band kicks in. It has a brand new clutch, inner and outer hub, pressure plate and HD springs, CPI pipes, brand new clutch lever, perch and clutch cable. New Throttle cable and was converted back to thumb throttle but still and twist throttle and cable, tether kill switch, Renthal handle bars, aftermarket front bumper and grab bar, alot of polished stuff, it also has like everything that Noss Machine makes on it, nerf bars. It has a +2 swingarm, +4 durablue axle,+3+1 a-arms, aftermarket front shocks, turf tamers on the rear and fast trakkers on the front. New chain but lost the master link but I'm ordering a new one of those. If you are interested and need some pics, give me your email address
  10. I know it can be kept on the ground but just guessing if it is stock they probably haven't had it long enough to mod. it, so they probably won't be really comfortable on it so they may jack a wheelie and then again they may not want to mod it and can keep it on the ground, if they can they it will be a close race most likely
  11. the banshee will need to hook up off the line, because the raptor will most likely jack a wheelie off the line, I think it would, especially if the banshee was moddied and the raptor was stock
  12. yea thats when I'm going down is thursday night
