  1. Try using a large file across two sides for better controll . Take down to you can just barely see the wear marks.I have done this before to get me bye for a while. Those marks are usually just from casting the part.You will defently want to use a impact wrench .
  2. Nobody races mx with 22 rears ,get 18 or 19s . your new sprocket will make you think you just added another cylinder when it comes to acceleration.You will be shifting more on the straights.good luck and chew up some 4 pokes.

If you dont want to spend the money on T5s your next best bet is Circuits.I think Circuits are underated myself.I have run them all .I could ride wheelies the best with circuits broad power band,and smoked many bikes with T5s.Yes and Im comparing apples to apples.Just my .02 and on the flat track,and dirt drags.

  8. Get yourself a manual and a multimeter and go to town on it.Its really not that hard once you get to know your shee.I have a genuine Yamaha manual and it is great. It gives you the specs for every thing on the banshee you need to know.
  9. If your not ported I would think you are getting plenty enough fuel. Make sure you have no fuel restictions anywhere.
  10. That dyno sure shows me I would stay with CPI .At 6500 rpm CPI has almost 20 more HP .There is more to being fast than just having more power at 10000 rpm . CPI s would whoop that pipes ass in a drag race!

  14. Get a mx port job just dont get huge carbs. stock or 28mm are all you need ,unless you build a huge motor.
  15. your axel needs tightened.loosen the lock nut ,tighted the othe nut until snug.Then thighten the lock nut into the other. You really got to jam the to together tight to keepem tight.Also after tight lift quad off the ground and check axel for front to back play,by grabbing the tires and pushing and pulling . If any movement your bearings are going bad. I which I was going riding today. hope this helps you.

I have run vitos and they do run good,but they are shorter so they rock more.There fore wearing sleeves out quiker and the skirts do get more stress for that reason.When I tore mine apart the skirt was cracked.Vitos pistons are no longer Wisecos .They used to,just ask any of the big engine builders what they think.Yes most people charge to much for a all around port job.I will port for $200 and pistons cost $140 ,so for $ 340 you got more power and longer life.
  20. I had Vitos and a skirt broke in the first 10 hours " junk cast pistons for the price of forged" Also pro x makes them in cast which are better than vitos.
  21. [i have run av gas two years,even up to 210 lbs compression with no problem.And yes the fellow at the airport told me would equal 110-115 octane in a car.So you fellows keep paying big bucs for race gas ,while I save loot .

  23. CONSIDERING SELLING THESE PARTS due to selling banshee and no one wants to give you jack. I may sell these parts and put back to stock .If you a have a replcement part maybe we can deal.I already have a stock crank though. Vitos 4mm stroker crank C P I inframe chrome pipes Pro design cool head with stroker domes big bore cylinders that are ported for high end,on 69mm with forged pistons 34mm pj carbs with upi intake boots that are yellow works triple rate shocks with rezzies--just rebuilt,cost me $200 AMP link Denton steering stabilizer boost bottle DG alloy nerfs webs died black gunner teather pull cord reed spacers V_FORCE reeds All engine parts and the pipes are like new.I want to put back to stock except I will need pipes like FMF,Pro Circuits,or Toomeys.Iwill also need stock cylinders . Whole bike $ 4000.
