  1. That's a nice lookin chassis. Black Label always had nice looking and running chassis! You a crazy mofo running an 18DM in a stock chassis. I know why you "wanted" to do it...but damn... Feeling any better, you old fucker?
  2. Got a picture somewheres... Truth be told, we used stock cases and often the rubber bushings are pretty beat up. The torque would case the cases/motor to twist in the chassis and fling chains, etc. The idea is to have it loosely mounted but if it moved a bit, it would stop it from going too far. The sprockets want to "creep" towards each other under load/stress. My next build...will be in a new Wheelman chassis and it'll have a bearing support from Chariot. I won't need it due to the frame design. Pic here.
  3. WOW...everyone is getting out.. Good luck old man. Great, honest seller, hate to see this bike go.
  4. FYI... 95 and 96 are the same style. I had a 96....that's the only reason I know.
  5. Youch... Sorry to hear. get well soon...
  6. Yeah, he could have let you tune it. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  7. I think if you're talking a cub, most of us have a custom ground 13mm 12 point box end wrench in our tool drawer.
  8. John Carlo is big in asphalt around here. They've done most of the freeways and main streets for some time. Ajax is pretty good with asphalt as well.
  9. Besides possum giving out advice, ANY advice... This is the funniest shit I've ever read. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  10. More than 370 if he's got a 4 mill in it.. Little Stevie Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  11. Yes. They are a couple inches shorter.... A poor man's drag axle.... Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  12. I had one fail on me on my 10 cub. Ricky quickly replaced the whole assembly, timing plate and all. It went bad in the first year. The replacement went bad in just under a year as well. Went to take off at the line and it died. Put an OEM in and never looked back. The replacement went in the trash. At that point, I didn't want a refund, a 3rd replacement or the hassle. I'm quite sure many feel the same. I don't trail ride mine, the only water it sees is from the hose as it's being washed up. Mine barely saw the dunes. Luckily, camp is never too far away for a drag racer... Sorry, good luck, but that ship sailed a long time ago for me. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  13. Must've run out of KY Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  14. I had the individual, cleaner than those with the crossover. No matter what boots I used or what sealant, they leaked. Went UPP and never looked back. Is Chariot still making intakes? If you want billet, his stuff is quality. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  15. Um....what is your elevation? Are you using a quality compression tester and are you using it correctly? Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  16. They're also called "Racer's choice" pistons or 795 series, they have the wrist pin height 5mm higher to accommodate the longer connecting rod.
  17. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha. Thanks, needed that good laugh heading into the weekend. I will agree with you, no one has taken a perfectly good drag motor and tried to detune it with pump gas domes, bound to fuck it up worse than anyone could possibly imagine. Yep, you are definitely going to do with it something no one has done before. For once, you're not lying. Take it to the track and post up videos and time slips. Then we'll see it run the best it ever has. Nevermind...we already know, just like Shearer "building" you a motor, that's NEVER going to happen.
  18. Fixed it. No, seriously... I thought you wrote that upon first glance... I had to reread it... Lol Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  19. Most likely... :-) Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  20. Coming in MI to a track near you.... Stay tuned Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  21. If your bike is tuned very, very well now, you'll see a 7 to 10% increase in performance. Porting, domes, more timing and carbs are a good place to start. My advice, leave the air strikers for gas and get another set of carbs for alky. 39PWK work very well and are common.
  22. No time right now John. Haven't forgotten... Just no time Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
  23. 2013 list. In other words...they take the compilation from 2012 and report it in 2013....the year we happen to be in....so you can figure out your next move. Back to our show.
  24. That shit is funny right there, don't care who you are... FAIL. It's 2013...even in California. We know you're a little behind...and I don't mean that in any way, shape or form to be gay. http://www.queerty.com/gayest-cities-in-america-2013-20130110/ http://www.advocate.com/print-issue/current-issue/2013/01/09/gayest-cities-america-2013?page=0,0
