It's an 87 without a welded crank???? I'd bet 90% that it's the crank. I'd flip it on the back tires/grab bar, and look at all the motor mounts real good. Possibly have a rubber bushing shot...which is cheap and easy. Keep riding a bike with a crank starting to go...you think it'll cost you now to fix, wait till it grenades.

I had a +6 on my cub, Wallace. It was heavy...but that's not cause it was stock style. It's not a big deal, they're just harder to keep aligned, and tightening the chain is a pain in the ass....

Depending on where at 75...you can either take it to 696, west to 96...then all the way to exit 59 (clarksville). Or...96 runs into 75 south of the big D if I'm not mistaken. Either way, you want to end up on 96 going west past Lansing, etc... It's about 30 to 45 minutes East of Grand Rapids. I'm coming from 696 and 94 basically, a solid 2 hour drive...

Clarksville, T&T in the morning, then double elimination bracket racing in the afternoon. Can you make it?

Reason I ask is because the corners on the inside are machined down, and you can run these spacers before or after the cage. They have to be ground a little if you're gonna put the spacers in front of the cages on VForce style...which I did for my motor.... But ya don't need spacers for a cub!!! Good luck.

You're not gonna break 45 with bolt ons only.... You're probably at 42ish now. You'll get more torque and a little more power with 19cc domes. Are you prepared to get your crank welded from the extra compression and run race gas as well?

Cool beans. Takes 20 seconds to test... Just unplug the harness from the stator to the CDI, and test it out. Good luck...
