I used to be a fan of Redline until my buddy siezed up his engine in his snowmobile using it. I just switched to Amsoil Interceptor from Yamalube 40:1

Bump on what NYUK said. Its all about the impact wrench too, mine gave me a little problem until I broke out the impact, then bam! Came right off.

Hell ya! The way I look at it is- I'll get new plastic eventually. But in the meantime I do all of the necessity things- exhuast, intake, cams, etc. Rather than spending the extra 2g's, I'll use it on mods

I have heard some people say they help. I have heard some people say the do absolutely nothing. Personally, I wouldnt waste my $ on it. You would be better off buying a bottle of engine ice. Or if you want to spend even more $ get a billet impellar or a lot more $ get an oversized radiator.

Yea, its just the plastic and the clutch cover that are scratched. I am going to get the bike monday! It just needs a little maintenance, cleaning, some intake and exhaust and it will be running strong!

The frame is in perfect condition. I looked over it thoroughly, no cracks or bends. The only damage are the scratches on the plastic and scratches on the clutch cover. It mainly looks like they were not careful getting on and off of the bike. (mostly just the rear fenders) I let the bike warm up and rode it for a minute. It ran great.

What up guys! I am thinking of getting a 2004 yfz450 for my girlfriend. The plastic is trashed. The bike is 100% stock. Its owned by a little rich kid who has more $ than he knows what to do with. He will sell it to me for $4500.00 What do you guys think? Good deal or what?
