The billet impellar is a good thing. The stock impellar is the one you have to worry about breaking. They supposely help cool up to 30% more, I dont know how true it is. I look at the billet impellar more like cheap insurance.

Bump that! I didnt realize you didnt have a cool head. Def. get a Noss head before an oversized radiator. A billet impellar isnt a bad idea either.

Like Banshee~ said. Get some engine ice, it seems to work well. Def. check your jetting. If you are still having problems with overheating after that and you want to drop some extra $ get an oversized radiator.

I agree. If you are just riding dunes in dry conditions I would put some pod filters on. They seem to flow a lot more than with the airbox on. You will have to rejet.

I've heard if it gets below a certain temp. like 40 degrees Castor 927 seperates from the gas. I dont know if its 100% accurate but thats what I have heard.

An air gun makes it hell of a lot easier getting the flywheel off if you have access to one. (using the correct flywheel puller that is)
