I use Bel Ray 80w. Seems to work fine. Maybe looking into modding your shifting star for more smooth shifting?

I'm not sure about the weight of the rider and lightening the flywheel. I dont see why you couldnt lighten it though. As for the timing, the way to check it - your going to have to pull your stator case off, and pull your flywheel.

I would say out of the hole the cRaptor will take the shee because of the 4 stroke torque. But after the shee will walk on the Raptor as usual. A few weeks ago me and my bro were racing up sand mountain with a bunch of other shees. We swapped bikes for a few races. I jump on his yfz and he jumped on my shee. I was beating all of the shees about 20 yards off of the line and then they would all scream past me. Good times though!

If it says '17' on the side of the dome then the domes are 17. If I were you with the package saying 21 and 21's were what you ordered, I would be giving mod quad a call. I am not 100% sure on the detonation of running the pump gas with that high of compression, it very well sounds like it could have caused the hole in the piston though.

Best carbs out there imo. My bro runs one on his yfz, he loves it, sold me on it! I plan on putting dual 36's when I get ported this winter. As for tuning- its the easiest carb you will ever tune.
