do you have the usual crank at the chain? if so your stator could be getting wet my friends shee did that after he washed it. It went out soon after. if not check the coil& plug wires .definetely firing and water issue

oh no, talk all you want about them they are the shiznit as far as a all around pipe their are plenty of people to back that up on here. Just because some people had some bad ones these are 1 of the first sets made and are triple show chrome plated.I will post pics tommorrow when Im done getting them on.If that doesn't work I think some cpi silencers have the right bend I need.

Gas off,take the airbox lid off,If you have the lid on your too fat on the main,the 280 is for airbox no lid and a K&N, take the air filter off get a flashlight look down the barrels and flick your throttle does it sound like they are one if not first of all don't touch the right screw on top the carbs on the cable itself, the left only is your adjustment loosen the screw or bolt holding the throttle cable to the top of the carbs use this to adjust the sync if needed. do you have tors units or? are the cutouts in the slides facing the airbox?

it has to be hot and ready to ride when setting the idle screws. then when its cold the choke works

I have some triple showchrome plated DG silencers on the quad now I am taking the DG pipes off. I am trying to match them up to my rockets. Check out the pics. My question is can I heat up and bend the silencers without wrecking the finish or am I shit out of luck? They match up as far as size and length just off about 1-1 and 1/4 inches. I don't want to crack the chrome . Let me know any ideas!!

Last fall we went up to Branch they checked our pipes, They sad if the pipes didn't say US Forest Service on them we weren't riding my buddy had to go to the local dealer and buy an arrestor for his KTM 450 $300 (WTF) it was just an end, had to drill out the rivets and screw it on. What a pain in the arse !

I would say get a new petcock for you fuel tank maybe its not letting enough fuel down to support both carbs and its going to the stronger side thats pulling it down. Just a thought not a scientist

theres alot of guys on here from Jersey someone will chime in later when they get off work!Normal gearing for a shee for overall riding is 14/41. lower front gear more torque higher more top end and so on look for the gearing chart it was posted yesterday it will give you gearing and speeds.

I would think in this world you might find better things to worry about, my god dude. now I think I can die.Its not a perfect science, more throttle more burn. I would suggest you invent a gauge ( flow meter) sell them on e-bay and become a millionaire.
