if the tors is moving I would say poss air leak there. Get your self a tors eliminator kit from ebay or something get rid of those things their just in the way. rp he is talking about rpm's, choke tube is plastic tube between the carbs right where to choke handle on the outside goes into the carbs there should be a tube between the two on the backside looking down from the top.

shock adjustment is the key when you get a new machine

did you put the choke tube between the carbs back on? if you took the carbs off and apart did you switch the fuel bowls?

buy a clymers manual on ebay and do the work yourself your motor will have to come apart to see whats wrong and it won't be cheap if you take it to the stealership
