  1. Try and give kevin at Herr Jugs a call. He can get you squared away... I think in the long run you will end up spending about the same on all the work with the stock head as you would to just buy a cool head. Call kevin up and buy a cool head from him and have him cut you a set of custom domes.
  2. Porting is the heart to any setup. Then you just get the carbs, pipes, and bolt-ons to compliment the porting. Get yourself a builder & they can go over what type of riding you do and what will work best for you. Give Kevin at Herr Jugs a call, he can take care of you. His number is in my sig...
  3. It will depend on what year your cases are from as well. Some of the older cases had a little bit more beef to them, especially the old RZ350 cases. A 10mil with 115mm rods will stay inside the cases on just about all years cases, but I have seen it go through one set of cases. If you step up to a 10mil with 120mm rods, the lower rod end on the 120's is a big bigger and the trenching to clear it will go through most cases, and the ones it doesn't go through will be incredibly thin and the epoxy is highly recommended.
  4. Good seller and great products!
  5. 18" eye to eye seems a little long, even on +3 arms. You sure these are for banshee & not off some other sport quad?
  6. Awesome Vid!
  7. egay, cascadeinnovations.net, HJR, etc. they all have them.
  8. A more important questions should be which state has the better riding.
  9. Do you have the slides, caps and cable adjusters that go with the carbs? Who set them up? What are the dumps, mains, pilots and needles set up to?
  10. Thanks Loco. For n20toofast4u, is your turbo a sealed oil system or do you have an oil reservoir that you circulate from?
  11. If you had coolant coming out the exhaust port and had some inside the cylinder, it can only be coming from around your dome. I'd look at the dome o-ring and check to see that the dome is flat and that the dome seats to the head correctly. Sounds like trinity sold you some crap domes (no surprise) or you might have some gunk or something around where the o-ring seats. If it turns out the domes are the issue, contact Tim at Titan and have him cut you a set of domes.
  12. Very true... I just try and buy American made stuff whenever I can.
  13. 13.5" its up in the thread somewhere...
  14. Shoot me a PM with a price for the 2into1 intake and the 34pj. No cable, just carb and intake please. Thanks - Jared
  15. Good numbers and congratulations! Very impressive with the stock parts.
  16. LOL Kiel! If yours was a 10mil I would! I would buy that jj&a axle from ya & give ya a +2 steel unit so you'd still have something to ride on. =)
  17. www.cascadeinnovations.net
  18. I'll stick with Twister. All made in the USA. Louie is great to work with. Let us know how that TDR crank works out in there...
  19. I've got a noss cool head that I'd like to trade for a 2 into 1 intake. I do not have domes for the head, but I will include an O-Ring kit. If you have the carb that goes with the intake I will buy you whatever domes you would like & the fancy billet nuts for the head. Shoot me a PM if you would like to do some trading. Thanks - Jared
  20. Thanks!
  21. Just about any builder will have a steel sleeve you can purchase to replace the bronze bushing on the idler gear. If you think $53 is too much for an internal part like the idler gear, think about how much damage it will do when it comes loose and the circlip and washers go bouncing around in there. lol!
  22. So go blow your motor up, THEN buy the serval and do the testing.
  23. So go buy a set and do the testing if you really want to see how it will do.
  24. I'm curious as to why you are selling what appears to be a new and in good shape cub cylinder for close to half price. Are you including the water jacket plugs or stud extenders?
