  1. I've seen it done before, not that many of them in one spot, but I've seen it. A friend bought some cases off ebay done for a 7mil and they had 3 holes like that in the same spot.
  2. Its been done and gone for almost a year now. Sorry. Never took any pictures of the re-assembly, it was taking too damn long. Next time I split my cases I will finish everything up. Should be a cleaner teardown next time as well. I've been keeping everything a lot cleaner. LOL Sorry. Its pretty simple stuff, just reverse what did to put it together. Get a clymer manual for the torque specs and just follow the pics in reverse. The banshee engine is really really simple design.
  3. Looks like wyoming has some of the cheapest in the country again. We are only at anywhere from 2.95 to 3.10 / gal for the mid-grade stuff. 6.00 / gal for 112 race gas.
  4. Someone tell me where he lives and I can make him disapear. :thumb:
  5. OMFG for the last time, that wasn't me. I'm good with computers but not that good. That was some kid who came in and sent me a PM saying I will teach them a lesson or some shit like that, then he hijacked some peoples names and got himself banned. I made two or three posts like the day after he got banned... wasn't me.
  6. Supercalafragalisticexpealadocious
  7. For $500 I'd "rattle his cage" if I were close. LOL
  8. You can also use diesel to flush the tranny. Its a lot thinner than oil and will flow throuhg better. We use it whenever we get a new shee before we split cases. Gets rid of oil residue on everything though so make sure you fill up up with oil, run it down the road once or twice then change it out for some new oil.
  9. I'm pretty damn sure rippen's FAST 350 would eat a 404. We will have to go looking for one. LOL cub... no comparison at all. No way the 404 could touch a cub. If you rode a cub I don't think you would have that 404. haha I rode a cub once and had one 4 months later and will never go back.
  10. With two-strokes like the banshee you won't see significant gains through a slightly increased bore. Porting and/or added stroke+bore will give you more power than just an overbore. I've seen ported 350's run away from guys with the shitty trinity 404 big bore kits. Its different with four strokes, a slightly bigger bore will show a little more gains than a two-stroke would with the same amount of bore increase.
  11. so a search for break in and you will find all you need.
  12. His shit rips hard, good port work!
  13. RUN IT! Nothing wrong with that one... Ha Ha Ha, eletromagnetic physics, they covered that sorta thing. I hated that class so much in college. Damn you computer engineering, damn you!
  14. Almost maxed out... lol
  15. search, its been covered a couple times on what all you will need for a 4mil. Or just read my sig. haha
  16. The mothership is comming to beam him back up.
  17. Putting that override tranny in place of this one eh bud? Free bump.
  18. Make sure you get a GOOD fuel pump. Any system that doesn't have a fuel pump with it is risky. There's no garuntee that you will flow enough fuel to match the added oxygen coming into your engine. I would use a wet kit myself, with a stand-alone fuel management system. Have a pingle installed on BOTH sides of your gas tank, one to feed the carbs, the other to feed the wet portion of the nitrous system. That's what I would do.
  19. If its just a small nick you will be fine, but if its pushed up pretty good I wouldn't run it. Small nicks won't hurt anything. Take a file and file it down a touch and re-align your pickup gap. Nothing fancy there.
  20. I run the higher octane for a couple reasons... Look at how much timing I run, and what size domes I have. I also have some 16cc domes I put in depending on what I'm doing. My compression is high enough I would at least need to run 50/50 at this altitude and since I just about maxed out my timing plate I went ahead and run the higher stuff we make. We make our own fuel. Its a mix of a bunch of different things, the combination actually makes the higher octane rating, its not like I'm going out buying something that high, its just a side-factor to the "manufacturing" process we use and some of the ingredients.
  21. I agree with brooke on this one. I don't go out after random girls at all. I only get into that sorta thing after I've known the girl for quite a while, even then sometimes I wait. I'd rather have a connection with a girl I'm going to sleep with than have some lame story about how many girls I've banged to tell drunken buddies. Its more important to me to find someone you mesh with than to be getting laid. Besides... I'm out riding the banshee too much to ever find those skanky bitch-ass hoes to go bang.
  22. Same old stuff... What altitude are you at? What size domes do you have? Go do a compression test real quick and tell us what it reads. Without changing domes you could probably bump up to +7 timing and still be safe. I run +9 timing on mine, but I run a special fuel we make ourselves, and I'm at 7500ft so I won't ever have anywhere near the compression someone at lower altitudes would. The fuel we make ends up with an octane rating somewhere between 125 and 135.
  23. I would almost bet money on the intake side of those cylinders eating rings after a lot of useage. That's really thin in there. You're right though, would probably make a good runner! Bizzump.
  24. What's he doing going after a 19yr old anyway? I would take an older girl any day. He must not be around very many girls his own age, because a 22yr old girl would be a lot better in and out of bed IMO than a 19yr old.
