  2. I am interested, but can anyone vouch for you? Being pretty new to the sight, I would need some sort of insurance that I will recieve the reeds. And how bout some pics.
  3. Look closer! The air mixture screw is going to be on the inside of the other carb(facing the carb w/choke on it) The reason you don't see anything about the 1st on is it was added when they eliminated the tors. Just treat it the same as the idle screw in your book, it's just in a different spot.
  4. Wouldn't run anything else!
  5. What kind of business are you starting?
  6. You are supposed to prelube your top end w/the same premix oil you will be running in the first place! I belive the instructions from your pistons even tell you that! Once you lube everything up, you should have no problem getting those pistons to slide into the cylinders w/just your hands.
  7. Oh yeah, just from the little I've spoken to Jeff from F.A.S.T., he would be a good choice for that reputable builder.
  8. Haven't seen many posts from you lately Rod, but I can see exactly why. Oh, and yes, w/the correct pipes and a lightening seat foam mod, you can make any woman smile ear to ear!
  9. Many people are makeing 100 hp w/the correct setup and porting. The best thing to do is pick a reputable builder, tell him what you want the motor to do, and buy exactly what he tells you to and you will have a screaming motor guarenteed!
  10. "Are you boring it out to .40 over cuz it needs it or for more power? Don't do any boring for power." Can't stress this enough, DO NOT WASTE BORES TO MAKE POWER!
  11. Who ported your cylinders. If it was someone that knew what they were doing, it should scream pretty good right now. But as was mentioned before, the sky's the limit.
  12. Sounds like you are definately rich enough for you mods unless you have an airleak. Detonation is very possible, not only did you shave the head, but you advanced the timing. Little late now but you should have checked the compression after the mods. Your port job should have alleviated some of the compression, but you don't know for sure until you check.
  13. Have a set of jugs on origional bore that I just tore down because compression was getting low. Will sell for 225 w/pistons, will need new rings, and you'll be ready to go. Will ship for free.
  14. Tell him Cuban!
  15. Never tried either on a stock bike, but I don't think it will make enough difference to matter. The chrome on the CPI's is way better.
  16. Did you just leave the two wires disconnected? You need to splice the two of them together. Don't look for a blown fuse.
  17. Have a 98 Blaster for sale in the classified section, it is a friend of mine's, but he would probably be intersted in working something out w/you. I live in Battle Creek. I will see him tonight http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=52697 Let me know what you think. I will also try to get pictures tonight.
  18. What temp were you running your current setup at. 40 pilots sound pretty big, what mods do you have?
  19. I have a +4 stroke/+5 long rod crank brand new in the box I may be willing to sell. Thinking of going bigger. Retails for $650. Let me know if you are interested, we can talk a price.
  20. Don't want to hear any of your stories about "pipes", and if you are in the middle or on top.......Flamer!
  21. Once you have that problem fixed, if it doesn't fix your problem, start w/new plug on that side, then you'll have to check compression. Does it start hard? If you get into the gas does it then start firing?
  22. Pics might help you out a little w/this sale. Sounds like a nice bike. Free bump!
  23. Yes Rhino, just sent you a reply.
