Close your airscrews in to 1/2 turn out and see if that helps. It is definately a lean pilot circuit for both of you. Are you both Positive the bowls are on the correct side and the pilot passage and jets are completely clean. Should be able to see light through them. Compressed air is the best way to get the pilot and choke passages in the carbs and bowls.

Definately don't start it again until you tear it down and give it a look. Could be anything from a circlip coming out on you to loosing a crank bearing.....If you are hearing a nasty internal noise, you are going to have to tear into it... Are you sure it is coming from the front end of the motor?

What kinda compression you runnin? If you are in the 180+ area you may solve your problem by closing the plug gap to .022. .018 for alky....

Hmmm.... Is this member sending you these parts? I am kind of curious how a person w/an override doesn't know you need the drum....or the springs for that matter. Who is this tranny supposedly cut by?

The R6 shock is mainly good for when you extend your swinger out quite a ways. It is valved stiff enough for a +8 or +10 swinger. If you ever tried to put a stock shock on one of these longer swingers, you would know what I am talking about. I tried a stocker on a +10 and it was so soft my ass would damn near hit the ground when I launched. It does lower your bike, but there are several ways to take care of that if need be.

I would go w/what Greg suggests...Trannies are his specialty. I have been running ATF as well.

I bought my duneable several years ago before people started advising against backloading them at high R's and I have put this tranny through the torture test. When I bought mine, Greg at WCR told me to shift it however I want period. I did exactly that for the first two years in a duner. Still shifts as smooth as the first time I ran it.

Any drag pipe in frame or out will make much more power than the PT mids you are running now. The difference between in and out of frame is very minimal. My main reason to run OOF's is the inframes are freakin leg burners I got a nasty scar from several years ago that will be there for life from some CPI inframes. I wear shorts w/my OOF's :cool: .

A 4mill DM is real close to that number....Big DMX.... a lot more!

No problem....If it is leaking on the ground, you can take the water pump cover off and prolly see antifreeze, but you will have to take the side cover off as well to address the issue.

Need to check squish. What size base gasket did you use? You should be able to run that setup on premium fuel. A leaky o-ring will also cause deto and plugs to back out...

If it is a 4mill casting then there is zero deck height and do not need stroker domes. That would be your problem. Excessive squish clearance can cause detonation.

You will have traction issues on a trail bike w/drag port. The power is all or none. It comes on like a freight train. Paddles and studs are basically the only things that will get you traction w/this kind of power. This is why MX people went to the 4 strokes for racing. It is not tha they are faster, just where in the RPM range they begin to make power.

It would either be your water pump seal or the o-ring that goes on the tube that comes through your cases and attaches to the hose that runs to your cyl head. A head gasket problem would not leak anti-freeze into your tranny case area....

I feel for all of you. You guys that have been waiting months w/no merchandise need to speak up sooner! Can possibly help someone else avoid this situation. The mods or Lee need to get a handle on these fucks, why are we protecting them????
