  1. Some people just have their exhaust fall off on farm roads around there too..................
  2. What do you need as far as a design goes (.dxf file?)? I would be happy to buy an aluminim grill..............just let me know what you need. :geek:
  3. What altitiude are you at?
  4. I can jump my +4" arm pretty hard, but it took alot of screwing around with a shock to get it to do that. :geek:
  5. The CPI's are a good high end dune pipe. For inframes, they are what I like the best........
  6. +6" on the arm will basically mean that you have to forget about jumping your bike.
  7. Word. I think the design of the PWK Air Strykers work better in the 35mm format than the 33mm format. :geek:
  8. Me too. I'll wrestle ya for it. Actually, I have Paypal ready to go if Wes is ready to sell. Does the shock come with the hardware for a linked swingarm? :geek:
  9. I would consider fixing that........if you are making a reasonable amount of power with your engine, it ought to be pretty easy to push down in first gear when down shiftin and send the corresponding shift fork through the side of your case. In a worst case scenario, running all summer without the clips probably means that your top case will be headed for the recycle bin when you finally take the engine apart.
  10. There are three e-clips in the engine. :geek:
  11. I have done business with Millenium before (read: I didn't call them about this) and have generally been unhappy with their attention to detail. That withstanding, the type of nikasil coating on the bores of the cubs can survive very high temperatures (higher than 350C), the problem really is, that the casting itself will relax when you are heating the casting up to powercoat it after plating, thus giving you an untrue bore that that you cannot re-true with out boringthe casting and replating it. :geek:
  12. I see that we have found spell check to be too hard to use again.............
  13. Modular knock sensors on higher end dyno cells are always easy to use for such purposes as well. :geek:
  14. First of all the temperature of 350 is in celsius. Second, the wavey portion of this thread is bogus.
  15. Roight.
  16. Are going to send the parts to me to get chromed still? Have you gotten ahold of your stolen testicle yet?
  17. As you guys probably have read, Comcast has taken it upon themselves to block the transfers of Torrent files. How are people getting around this? :geek:
  18. I would not assume that just beacaue you are running alcohol for fuel that you cannot overheat your engine. It's actually very easy to do if you wind up being lean, which most people seem to do. :geek:
  19. Sort of............it intermingles with the noise of the exhaust. Detonation is usually not louder than the exhaust noise. :geek:
  20. Word.
  21. Detonation sounds like a BB or rock in a pop can.............good analogy.
  22. We usually have done Wash 6 or 8. Gecko sucks unless you have a giant RV.
  23. I am still upset that your are getting rid of that setup. I really liked that deal.
  24. If you are looking at a Twister Small Block, you need to be honest with yourself and figure it's a race engine. When you get up to a piston that large in a short stroke Banshee style engine you are making power with blow down pressure as opposed to piston speed. This can be a bit harder to tune if you don't understand what is going on inside the engine. :geek:
