 Maybe it's a Q-arm. I hear they are awesome.
  2. There are several folks over on Planet Sand that have turbos on their bikes.

Seriously..............technically speaking with respect to vehicle suspension design, there is no such thing as a v-arm. :geek:
  4. I'll pass on the cavity search.
  5. I don't think you would ever break the turbo, but certainly keeping enough gas flow through it would be a challenge. Besides, two turbos are heavier than one........ :geek:
  6. I also use those wraps on the stingers on my red bike. :geek:
  7. I met her once. I definitely wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers. The only thing I remember talking to her about was her being a vegetarian.
  8. Awesome! I have a ton of crap that may need to be done when I redo my red bike's black part next year. Can you strip/prep the parts as well or do I need to do that? :geek:
  9. I believe that is what our hair lines are doing....... :ermm:
  10. You need to get into the powder coating business as well.
  11. I hear theshee is a good worker when it comes to this stuff and I am more than likey going to give him plastic to work on sometime here soon unless I can get a guy at work to do it. On the other hand, I can offer you the same thing I offered someone else on here for chroming. I would be more than happy to use silver spray paint to cover the things and then put some greasy finger prints on it for you.
  12. Somone makes an ally basket with stell insert in the disc dog grooves. Technically speaking, that is the most efficiently designed aftermarket basket I have seen. With that said though, you really should need that feature if your clutch discs are in good condition and you monitor the entire system closely and regularly. :geek:
  13. The few guys that were running the Baja 1000 with Banshees on a budget were rocking steel wheels. They are heavier, but you can be the reliability / repairability. :geek:
  14. It works in theory, but your kickstart system is basically setup to only turn one way, so you;d have to modify it. From my experience, the whole reverse deal is not practical on a Banshee, but if you like fiddling with stuff and have the resources to do it, then go for it. On the other hand, I have had a couple engines go into reverse when I was starting them by motoring my dyno, this usually happens when I have the timing messed up or my dyno GC messed up. I wound up with a broken clutch cover in all of those instances. :geek:
  15. What's a Tuff Block?
  16. I also like to keep my pelicans in cases. Bump for an awesome guy.
  17. Ok, so what is the original stroke of the cylinder block you are going to use?w It seems a bit odd to be making expansion chambers for cylinders that you don't have yet?
  18. .................I would love to do it, but I have it stripped all the way down and now I can't get it apart any further. Maybe if I take some pictures of what I have so far, one of you guys may have an idea. I'll try doing that. I think I may go post the question over on PS and see what sort of crap I can stir up.
  19. Yeah, they gave me one of those the last time I was out at Cascade. :geek:
  20. How much do youy want for the regulator and the wookie?
  21. .................I can't read.
  22. I appreciate the help, but I don't really have a flow model developed for a Banshee for anything other than OEM carbs. Which in retrospect seems retarded, but I don't really have the opportunity to start another model with something else.
  23. Do you have a voltage regulator in there?
  24. I'll spray paint the grill chrome and put my dirty finger prints on it for like $20. What do you think?
