  1. Using a drill press and a fixture makes such operations less scarey. The drilling is the easy part. The tapping is the hard part.
  2. ............don't you mean "on the box of wine?"
  3. http://mdmetric.com/pdf/keysert.pdf I have been using the inserts in the above link for this application. They seem to hold up even better than the threaded steel bungs I had been welding to repair this failure. :geek:
  4. There aren't any rednecks out in Fontucky are there?
  5. Are these still for sale?
  6. I think your confusing the issue here................If your engine is jetted correctly, then the jet size most certainly correlate to the amount of fuel your engine can draw. What the line is for the jet size vs. when you need a pingel valve is, I have no idea. :geek:
  7. Neither cools any better than the other. I like the Mod Quad head because you don't have to use loinger head studs on your cylinders. However, the Mod Head is a rip off of the Noss head design.......... :geek:
  8. 26, Oregon.
  9. No.
  10. Drill it out and install a thread insert (not a heli-coil).
  11. You should post a picture of the radiator hoses that I can kinda see in one of those pictures.
  12. Most clear'ish plastic used on vehicles turn yellow when exposed to fuel and UV light for an extended period of time. :geek:
  13. I take it you are counting on your ball or heim joints being your suspension travel limiters?
  14. Yeah, I might be retarded. I am looking into it.
  15. The only difference that I noticed switching to them is that they seemed to last alot longer. I had a set last me an entire season. However, I am back to the BR series of plugs due to the fact I am fooling around with jetting again. :geek:
  16. The will do it. I guess the shifter I have is for a Bashee. I was not very comfortable with the amount of shifter that stuck out beyond the splines shift shaft. :geek:
  17. I guess I am not sure. I don't remember a picture ever being posted with the Fullbores.
  18. .........and I am pretty sure he was never selling thta setup to the general public. The the throttle body isn't really the challenge with reegard to a Banshee engine. The challenge is the chraging system and the programming if the ECM. Since there is so much aftermarket support for the Banshee it woul take a huge amount of engineering to conjure spark and fuel tables that would have enough depth to support even a fraction of what's out there (pipes, cylinders, etc.). :geek:
  19. I am looking for a picture of the shift lever you hit with your foot. I need the picture because I got ahold of one second hand and I don't think it fits rights. I figure if someone hase a picture of one that they know is for a Banshee, then I can figure out for myself if I have the wrong shifter. :geek:
  20. That's cool but it's way over complicated.
  21. What the hell? Why are people bidding on that? :ermm:
  22. If one of you guys has a picture of a Pro Design shifter installed on a Banshee, please post one. A close-up picture is preferred. I will explain why I need one later. :geek:
  23. Who setup the Lectrons? Packard? GAST?
  24. If they are 13. 25" PM me. I need a set.
  25. This is a judgement call on your part. Did it seem like the restriction was proportionate to the size of the hole in the vent nipple? :geek:
