  1. All PM's returned.
  2. Used OEM Banshee 6 bolt sprocket hub with good studs - $25 + shipping.
  3. How about the Marvins and the a-arms. ($325 + shipping for the Metal Tech arms and $400 + shipping for the set of Marvins)? Somebody buy this stuff before it starts heading towards eBay...........
  4. Nice, light, wheelie that will bolt up to an OEM Banshee frame and swingarm as well as a roundhouse stule swingarm. Additonally, it is fully adjustable and has number plate mounting tabs on the top bars. I would like to get $200 + shipping out of it. PM me if you are interested. If you live in Oregon and come and get it, I will hand you a beer when you get here!
  5. Bump for a good guy!
  6. If you have white smoke, then you either have water in your fuel or a leaking head gasket. Try openinthe radiator and kicking the bike over a couple of times. If you see bubbles then your head gasket is bad.
  7. Can you post a picture of your wiring in the area that you bypassed the switch. Maybe I'll be able to see something wrong there. Otherwise, do you have fuel actually making it to your carbs? :geek:
  8. You have a bolt that goes from your a-arms to your caliper? That's awesome!
  9. Where do you live? Maybe there is someone on here that lives by you that can come take a look at the bike? I am oretty sure you are just missing something simple and that there isn't anything exotic wrong with it..........
  10. A compression test is only half of the battle on reed valve two stroke engine. Read this: http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...ak+Down+Testing :geek:
  11. Did you ever do a leak down test on this thing?
  12. Cascade is definitely better than HJR, but on-par with Jeff at F.A.S.T. The big difference is that Cascade is far more popular than most builders and are usually backed up atleast a few weeks before they can even look at something you send them.
  13. Are you kidding? WTF............... as long as the plug wires are on the spark plugs and are functioning, then it doesn't matter which cylinder they are on.
  14. Have you actually sat there and connected your DVOM to the end of each wires going to your coil, stator, CDI, etc. to make sure that they are all below 1.5 ohms? If they are higher than that, then the wiring is bad, even if it looks fine. You do not have a jetting problem.
  15. If the OEM CDI doesn't work, and you have compression, then you certainly have an air leak (that's all that's left that could make it kick back). With regard to the choke tube o-ring question that was asked: You'll either have to by a new OEM chocke assembly (~$45) or go to a specialty industrial supply joint and have them match them up. :geek:
  16. Word. Dave is a more than competent worker, but the guys is really flakey and couldn't manage a business if his life depended on it.
  17. That wouldn't matter. The Banshee uses a waste spark style ignition system. :geek:
  18. I am working on calling the guy. I think maybe I need that bike with the engine from my race bike in it........... I can haul it back from Vegas for free. I just need to get down there and look at it in person.
  19. Yeah, that one of Dean's frames. I can't seem to justify spending $5k for another bike right now though........ :ninja: However, I am going to call the guy and see if I can work something out.
  20. I run the ones from Cascade. They are the best I have found so far.
  21. If it is kicking back and it's not an exotic engine, then you for sure have a timing problem. Are you sure the woodruff key between the crank and flywheel is installed and not allowing the flywheel to slip and automatically adjust your base timing? :geek:
  22. What did you wind up buying for a hub? I am in the market for one again and LSR is about the only thing I know of that is worth looking at besides OEM at the moment. (My cub wore out my last OEM hub on my red bike (my axle splines are in good shape as well (I CMM'd them)). :geek:
  23. Y'all need to call those guys. I think you can still order the Banshee standard position heel guards, they're just not on their website anymore. :geek:
  24. I bought mine for a Banshee, and sure enough, I didn't have to modify them to bolt on to a Banshee. :geek:
