  1. The Wings and Pistons are pretty good. The Tigers being in the World Series was the firts time in a long time and appears that it will be awhile before it happens again. The only thing insteresting have have to say about the Wolverines is that atleas UW beat them a few times at the Rose Bowl.
  2. No, no, I have 6" version of the circle/arrows that are also in my signature. Between the Tigers and Lions, Detroit has some mediochre sports teams, though we don't have anything much better out here.
  3. They make great swingarms and a-arms. If Fireball makes the Janssen stuff, then I am running their a-arms and swingarms on one of my bikes without any problems for the past 6 years. :geek:
  4. That's probably true. Keep in mind there are two or three companies out there called Fireball that sell ATV stuff. Only one of them actually makes anything. One of them I sawre thinks they are the same company that makes parts (both are in California) and the other is back east somewhere. Generally speaking the one company that makes parts is the only one that is worth talking about.
  5. In my case all that crap is gone. The only text on my red bike is on my hub caps and head, becasue I couldn't come up with a way to get it off. My road vehicles are nearly the same with the exception of the Detroit logo in the back window, but I have a legitimate reason to advertise for them.
  6. That is exactly what I was talking about.
  7. Is Little Red Riding Hood a transvestite in Detroit? :ermm:
  8. Could you get a larger signature picture?
  9. I happen to know a bit of background on the issue with one of the folks, and I believe what I was stating as annoying is what might be behind some of this.
  10. I'll see if I can find the video.......... All this snow seems to have left me with some time on my hands. I really have never had a motor done by anyone other than myself (never had anything from Passion or F.A.S.T.). I just get tired of reading threads with guys measuring each other's wieners via who they bought their engine from. My engines do just as well as anyone else's if not better in many cases, but it doesn't really matter...........and it's annoying to read about. :geek:
  11. Didn't you come up with a video of nutswinging during the Passion nutswinging festival and the dubious dyno chart presentation from a few years ago? I think it was about the time the Cotton Eyed Joe drew me a corn fed harvest mouse for a presentation at work (I think it was in the same thread). :geek:
  12. I don't know gregrob from your left testicle, so I don't have anything to say with regard to him. BigRed, I do know, and he is a pretty intelligent guy. He's one of the nicer folks I have met on here and he generally goes out of his way to help most folks. Jeff from F.A.S.T. is a very nice guy. I have never bought anything from him, but it hasn't been from lack of trying. He has always gone above and beyond to try and help me solve my problems, but it just has never worked out so far. This whole deal is like the Jim from Passion Racing nutswinging that was going on around here a few years ago. The basic deal is, if you are not a motivated customer of the shop in question, the constant reading of posts where someone is saying their stuff is the best because of where they got it gets to be pretty hard to read after awhile. The reality is from my standpoint, that people try to make themselves exclusive via what engine they bought................ and the nutswinging continues, it just happens to be a differnet set of nuts this year. With that said, I am going to attempt to swing from my own nuts next year.
  13. Ask Locogato to show you.......... I think he has a video.
  14. Word.
  15. I learned something.......... I always thought Sprock made their own stuff. I am not sure why I thought that.......... Anyways, that's useful info to file into my database of knowledge that isn't worth much.
  16. It's hard to beat a Janssen product!
  17. That Tri-Z is hot!
  18. No problem. Just kiving you a hard time.
  19. I'll let Loco cover that portion of the population then.....
  20. Actually, some Yamaha snowmobile cages made by MT are probably the way to go. :geek:
  21. I prefer not to fuck heavy things. :ermm:
  22. ...........and mount a pair backwards.
  23. What do you do is you have a 25.4mm engine?
  24. You ought to do something with my red bike..............
  25. I'm not so much into naked guys regardless of what Dave tries to tell everyone.................
