  1. NBC  I did not appreciate the 30min. segment with the guy from Micron explaining to the world about his video camera. I did get to see one of our FJ though, right at the end. I didn't think I'd get to see our vehicle at all.
  2. I did the same thing.
  3. Not to hijack a thread, but...............do you guys think stock carbs on a ported motor with CPI's would still be ok for dune riding? If not what size and type of crabs would you reccomend?
  4. Then maybe you could tell us what the difference is.
  5. You know what I'm talking about! I saw one today at lunch that had the typical thong protruding above the belt line, atkleast I thought it was a thong. After discussing it at length with coworkers I now think it was regular underwear stretched to hell. I guess it was nice of her to atleast be wearing underwear. She count have had a bunt or a fupa and not been wearing any underwear under her stretchy shorts. :yucky:
  6. The girls aren't just "a little" fat either, they're biug and nasty. Plus, they seem to think that they are the hottest women ever assembled. You may also be able to identify flatbillers by the music the listen to. The Misfits seem to be a popular choice.
  7. The second one is Brad Paisely - I'm gonna miss her I am not sure about the first one. ::
  8. They also can be identified by the lifted truck with bald mud tires that they drive, sometimes with a pit vike in the back. They live with there parents and their girlfriends are generally fat and where tight short that say things like "juicy" on the ass.
  9. They are also known as 909"ers via the California area code that they come from.
  10. This is an example of why crack is whack.
  11. Most people do not drain their gas tank. They sumply have a disconnect in their fuel line where they can un hook the gas tank and hook in a bottle of gasoline for purging purposes.
  12. Purging a bike is when you are running alcohol as a fuel, but before you put it away for the weekend you switvh your fuel source over to gasoline.

    spring swap?

I used some heavy duty steel hose clamps. Not recommended, just like vise grips, but it got the job done.
  14. Good advice and several good points were made here. :woot:
  15. You property of the materials that you seem to be keyed in on is modulus of elasticity. You can get around this by increasing sectional thickness so the material will not flex as much and there fore not fatigue Like I said, if the frame is properly engineered out of its respective material, then your original statment is still wrong. As for your offer, I am interested in seeing which engineering books that you are misunderstanding. Just because you design and build things, does not mean that you know what you are doing. Thank you, drive through.
  16. Assuming the frames are properly engineered given the material they are made of, that statement is just plain wrong.
  17. Is it as good as the Sand Sport Super Show?
  18. It looks like a a cheapo Taiwanese import that you would never be able to get parts for. Where are you located and how much do you want to sell your KX for?
  19. If parts failed like that on our race vehicles failed 7.5% ((2/70) though I am sure it's more than 2) of the time, no one in my company would have a job anymore. :shoothead:
  20. If the guy that cut that made his living removing the same amount of material from the same place as on Polish's wheel every time, there is no way that guy would still be living. Not only is it improper to leave that amounty of material in that particular area where it failed, it's pretty reckless. :ninja:
  21. There certainly was not any sound engineering done to determine how much metal to remove on that flywheel and I certainly doubt there are that many people running around with flywheels like that. There looks to be 1mm of material there at the point of fracture.
  22. I agree.
  23. Now that's funny.......... :yelrotflmao:
  24. ^^^What are you talking about............................. http://www.scta-bni.org/ Get the rule book from these guys. You have to pass tech to run for a time and you have to be asscociated with a club to run for a record.
  25. Knows WTF I am talking about.
