I have a couple programs done for the side covers. You do realize that not all programs run on all CNC machines right? I can help you with what ever you need to get you cover done. I the toughest part is getting the mounting hole locations in the correct spot. You almost need a CMM to do that. One last question, you do realize how big of a piece of stock you need to make the cover and how much that stock costs per pound, don't you? I just thought I'd ask as I remember that I could not really afford such a thing when I was a student.

Inflation. It's all about the time value of money. Work it out, see if you can get what you paid for your bike out of it. I bet you can't. Bike's are terrible investments, just like most of other things that move. :baseball_mitt:
I would say high 50's or low 60's. There is plenty more that you can do to get more power out of it. If you were making the most hp possible, you wouldn't be able to ride the bike with a stock length swingarm. :baseball_santa:
:baseball_mitt:
I think you're a bit confused about jetting. You need jets for a Mikuni VM carburetor. Dynojet is a brand of jet kit that gives you a small selection of jets in a fancy package.
:baseball_innocent: You'll find brakes that have a resevoir built into the control portion, but not the caliper. You may want to have a look at some Harley stuff.
If it doesn't have an extended arm on it then it is probably not "maxed" out. A stock cylinder drag motor can do 80hp and if it had a cubs on it, maybe more like 100hp. In either case the bike would be running on alcohol. What kind of pipes does it have on it? That will be a pretty good way to figure out what sort of power range that you are in. :baseball_santa:
It's $10 at the door if i remember correctly. :baseball_mitt:
The beer in both hands takes talent, especially after having cycled few a few beers. :baseball_bat:
I will also meet you at the gat and you can get in for free. I may or may not be wearing pants, it really depends on DaFish's aherance to the 10 foot rule.
I have already verbally abused you for not knowing what you are talking about it regards to this subject in a previous thread. :baseball_santa:
I would just assume we put a 10 foot rule in place as not to apear gay. :baseball_bat:
As mentioned in another thread here, I will be there all three days. You can identify me as the person running around with a beer in his hand, no pants on, and humping things that I cannot convince myself to afford. :baseball_innocent:
It really sounds like you don't know enough about turbos or engines for that matter, to be trying this yourself. There is a reason that you don't see alot of guys out there racing turbo charged two strokes. Just watch out and do your research first. :baseball_mitt:
Don't punch the kidneys.........................there worth money in Tiajuana if your were so inclined. I think I heard that somewhere. :baseball_innocent:
I am in Irvine. Maybe one of us could help you out. Otherwise Trinity and Mission Motorsports are close. Just watch your cornhole when you walk into Trinity. They try to sell you all sorts of stuff you don't necessarily need. :baseball_mitt:
