I do alot of helemts for my friends, usally end up putting flames on them sometimes graphics they pick out but every helmet ive ever done, I sand it really good prime it and paint it, then clear coat it and never had a problem if you do it right it will come out smooth as you can ever imagine it, i like to cut them flames out paint over them then peel the flames off that way you cant scratch the flames off or anything but good luck with it

Ok 0k How does thins sound ripped all my packing out of my pro circuits since i got fmfs just in case somthing goes bad ill throw them back on but anyway my custom invention i started off by warppeing trhe core of the pipe in exuaghst heat wrap like the stuff you put around headers or somthing, i had it laying around from when i used it on my unility quad, but anyway i started with that then i put a exteremly thin layer of packing in then i wrapped it in none other than a few layers of tin foil,thats right i said tin foil the same kind you wrap your dinner in.... now i havnt got my banhsee back yet, my buddies jetting the new 30mm carbs i got for it, but i always hear no packing no performance so i came up with this idea so do you think she will still run good, sound should be pretty good?? I no theres only one way to find out but i just want some opinoins on how this idea will work any input is fine even if its somthing like.... quote "your an idiot", so what do you think??

Ok now i got powercore 2s and pro curcuits,so if worse comes to worse ill take the packing out of the fmfs and put it in the pcsbut read on.................... im an idiot and had to take the pro circuits aparts and i messed up all the packing, so i figured id try this exuasght wrap i bought like a year ago for my foreman utility quad, so i wrapped the inside around the metal where the packing usally sits and ive heard no packing = sh#ty performance so do u think the heat shield wrap will perform good i mean it seems to seal around the core of the pipe pretty good, so now its gonna be like a straight pipe or somthing

And you can bet we will be going to war with another country if bush is re elected, and i agree not to sit back and wait to be struck and have 3000 inocent lives lost, i support every soldier that is fighting for his or her country in iraq but i cant see all these lives bieng lost for bush and his oil and corruption, hopefully more will look and search about the corrutoin and buisness bush stands for before going to the polls this november after all we only pay bush 400,000 a year and the suadis pay him billoins, who does he care more about?? Sry didnt really explain it good, i meant more sound comes from the expansoin chambers than the silencers, the powercore 2 are just to quite, i mean im not lookin to piss anyone off with noise, but i heard a stock banshee that sounded louder so i wanna cut them to create more sound and performance

If i cut my powercore 2s in half to make them like fmf shorty silencers, how will the sounds be?? Right now all the sound comes from the engine the silencers kill every last bit of sound it sucks, so i wanna cut the powercore 2s right in half, i see it done on dirt bikes alot but how would it work out on my banshee will the powergains be like putting fmf shorts on and will it put out more sound??

Very mild port, its mainly someone that had it before me tryed to play around with the ports and open em up a little, but got some brand new pistons in it noss head reed spacers pipes the whole nine yards thats gotta demand more fuel.. no??

If anyone can post a pic for me i got initails with flames cut out it looks pretty nice, can make em if anyone wants one same exact layout as that dg bumber just flames and diffrent letter on it

I work in a machine shop everyday so i got every tool, machine availible to me so i think ill take her to the sander just to make sure, i was just tepmted to put her in the cnc

Stupid me marked my head up by prying it off, i got the base plate brand new, im just gettin my banhsee all fixed and wanna oput my noss head back on so im just worried she wont seal with the coupple of dents i put in it, so milling it would be a easy fix

Can i mill the main piece of my noss head anywhere from 10 to 30 thousanths??

Sounds to me like you put the roings on upside down and they grenaded and fell into the crank case, theres a coating on the rings when there right side up so it dosnt happn but if there on backwards whatch out dont wanna scare you but it does sounds like that to me, but then theres the coolent??where did it come out of its tough to get the o rings to seal in the head so could it be justan o ring?? keep us up to date

Ive never lughed so hard in my life funniest gathers of people alive, but my opinion would be to use a steam cleaner then dry it good and fast then some of that febreeze stuff and follow 9it up with air fresheners are every possible location

Hmm instead of the v force reeds maybe you should opt 4 a flux capaciter that way theres no question in my mind youll break 100, i mean you cold always throw a 400ex motor in there to break a 100 but what fun would that be??

got 2 brand new fmf powercore 2 silencers, they been used but not much, still got the fmf decal on them , perfect crhome/silver finish and everything no rust make a dec offer and well work somthin out
