your stator is probably on the fritz. they can be tested but i have no ideas what the values would be for that unit, so i cant tell you how to do it. if youll visit a suzuki forum they may be able to tell you. or try www.planetsand.com they have a TON of info on all quads, cause not everyone is big enough for a banshee yet. -good luck

that hose is supposed to travel along the frame and vent to the atmosphere around where the upper right corner of the radiator is. its nothing but the over flow line for when your shee gets too hot.

are you sure? it seems like since they would be sprung for the longer arm, putting them on the stock length would decrease the leverage ratio. giving the illusion of a stiffer spring.

we have a suspension forum now......................... but here we go. 1. i feel as though they would be very soft and under valved. But maybe not, thats just speculation since ive never tried it. 2. they would be stiff. 3. they dont change the shock length. just stiffer springs, and different valving. im not sure on the cost, but i think sredish had his elkas done once. PM him and ask.

use only wiseco for your reciprocating parts. unless you want a twister billet or something..........

ive got some old ass coilovers im going to put on my go kart, simple enough. the spring rate is nearly perfect for the leverage ratios and desired travel. but the valving is horendous, in fact its got no rebound damping, compression only. to the point: if i drill a small hole in shock body to drain the oil (they arent servicable) then it will have no damping characteristics whatsoever, right? cause if this is true im gonna get some cool ass shocks to run for the vavling duties. kinda like when sand cars run a coil carrier and a bypass, just not that sophisticated. does that make sense?
