i built a 108 stroker already. got a 10mm crank in it. i call it crankenstein. but mike, i would like to know what parts you can get. id like a manual clutch. but i want the one that moves the basket from the crank to the main shaft. classic honda has one but they retail for 1099 i think. not that i would pay that.......

Picked up a CRF50 a few weeks ago and i was wondering if anyone on here was into them also. They are pretty fun to ride, and super cheap to build. Ive done some work to mine so far, but im a few parts short of a complete build. Tell me what you got.

ive dealt with lonnie on a few occasions. always been great customer service, and i had a set of his cylinders for a lil while. they ran strong.

id say remove the bolt with an easy out. if that messes up the threads have some one knowledgable install a time sert. they are easy to do, but easy to fuck up also.

im thining about wrapping the head pipe on my 50. i typically get drunk, start it up, lay it over and burn myself. maybe this will prevent the burns?

I think with RC out of the way bubba will be faster. RC was/is on another level than any rider out there, and that pressure is what got to stewart. with RC no longer at the gate no other rider will push the 259 bike as hard, and his times will drop as he gets more comfortable. go millsaps. get well Fonseca.

if youre looking for an OEM crank let me know. i seem to find new factory parts much cheaper than anyone else.

make sure you seated the head gasket properly. mine was a BITCH to get set w/o laeks. the cylinders need to be within .010" of each other in deck height for it to seal. since that is about all the tolerance a metal gasket has....

10 x 1.25 shouldnt be too hard to come by. check aircraft spruce for some strong bolts though.

that reminds me of a time in grade school when we got caught shooting spit wads in class and had to write like 400 sentences or some shit. well my buddy go the idea to type his, then cut/paste. he fucked up half the words and ended up writing like 3 times as many by hand. lol good times. and youre an idiot night.

its a fun program to play with, but the prices are high and lead times are long. however, if you could design that one part you HAD to have for a one-off project its perfect. after hitting a track for the first time last weekend, sand wont be the same.
