  1. has the BAHA MEN CD in his player right now.
  2. I'll be there July 7, 8 and 9....
  3. Cool head is more effective at cooling your engine than the stock one. It also gives you the opportunity to have interchangable domes and increase your compression. some mods to consider: anvance your timing lighten flywheel aftermarket impellar better tires/rims air filter (if it doesnt have and aftermarket already)
  4. never had them on my shee, but have heard that they are a heavy tire..........
  5. just a guess........... go up three sizes on your mains
  6. Well that sucks balls.
  7. same here....
  8. If I remember, they are like $879.99 and worth every penny. No..... Im just messin. PM dlnoss for pricing. It will depend on finish and shipping. I think that they are in the 275 range, BansheeHQ members get a discount too. http://www.nossmachine.com/banshee_heads.htm
  9. well, welcome back
  10. I would agree with Passion99, most likely a needle adjustment problem.
  11. Mains: start around a 300. Pilots: may get away with stock.... if you are getting a bog in the 1/4 throttle area jump them up to 27.5 or 30's. Needle: stock position
  12. You got it. When you go through mud and water, it is getting on the filter. Water on the filter will restrict air flow, bogging the bike down. Water may also pass through the filter, symptoms will differ depending on how much gets through. water will bog or completely kill the bike, and usually will make the slides stick in the carbs. either change your intake setup or avoid ripping through puddles at high speeds.
  13. I was there for saturday, good times man. Dusty's is a great place to ride and just hang out. Should be able to get some pictures later this week.
  14. I agree, quite possible.
  15. i say go for it, i did
  16. Things that come to mind..... Did you tighten the head down in the correct order? Did you tighten the nuts in incriments? Did you tighten them to the correct torque spec (20lbs)? Is the head a stock piece? has it been milled? I have never used a paper filter, used Cometic metal gaskets with no problems. Keep us updated, good luck.
  17. RPM's staying high could be signs of an air leak..... Bog may mean that you need a larger pilot (27.5 or 30)..... good luck.
  18. Vented air box lid = more air. More air requires more fuel. Depending on how much you have opened up the air box I would say you may wanna go up on the mains. 210's, maybe 220's, will probably do it.
  19. My buddy has an airbox, lid, snorkel, and boots. Brand new. not even sure if he wants to sell it, but its been off the bike and in my garage for 2 or 3 years. Make an offer and i'll pass it on to him.
  20. Anyone plan on going to Dusty D's on June 3????? Dusty said that Dirtwheels and Fishers ATV will be there from 11-6, should be a blast..... Anyone?
  21. No, fuck you. you are lame as shit and crave the "attention" that you feel you are getting with your lame ass topics and responses. get a life.
  22. Not sure.... When I rebuilt my bike I tipped it up on its nose and flushed it out. If there is a drain up front, I guess i did alot of extra work
  23. Sounds like you are in the right range.... like 2005 banshee said, start higher (richer on the mains). personally i wouldnt change the needle adjustment, you may not have to.
  24. ha! ha again! This topic fuckin sucks.
