i have a +4 key in my bike, no problems here....... i wish i would have known to lighten my flywheel when i had it off the first time!!

Will the higher compression affect anything else on the engine? I was thinking 19cc or 20cc, but i am not sure of advantages/disadvantages of the different sizes, and i dont wanna cause damage down the line. asking because I am not sure what size domes I should get.

I pass Bull Gap on the way to my cottage but have never stopped to ride there. My parents were just there and said they had a great time ( my dad rides a polaris 700 sportsman and my mom rides a wolverine) It would probably be easier for me to plan a trip to go there if I wasn't addicted to Silver Lake. But if you guys post dates when you will be there maybe I can meet up, my brothers both ride too. wfo, ride hard.

Suspension and carbs, sounds good to me. I will keep that in mind for the near future. How much should I expect from the cool head? HP? what size domes should i go with? using 104- 110 octane race fuel.

Currently i have the mods listed in my signature and i am thinking of what to do next........ I was gonna send my flywheel out to boon in a couple weeks.. But I was also thinking that I would get a new head, most likely NOSS. And possibly port and polish this winter. Do those mods sound like good decisions? in that order? any other suggestions? If and when I get the head, what size domes? thanks for the inputs guys, mike

How frequently you clean your filter depends on riding conditions. If conditions are dry and dusty you will need to clean more frequently than in damp/wet conditions. Sand doent dirty the filters hardly at all, but riding behind someone on a dry dusty trail will get you filter dirty extremely fast.

Does it have gas? New plug? Did it make any noise when it died? I had a friend who was riding his blaster down his street, and it died. ended up being a torn up ring. do you have compression?

Not hard to install, just follow the instructions and take your time. and be sure all metal shavings are cleaned up prior to reinstallation.

if you say it is backfiring, i would check jetting.
