Im going there this weekend. I have never been checked. I would hate to drive all the way there and not be able to get in. Maybe i should take my stock silencers? What aftermarket exhausts are too loud? My brother is running FMF. Should be worried about my PC's????

I dont think that a stock 450 will beat a ported banshee. My buddy and younger brother both have stock 450's, and my banshee with the mods listed below was beating them both time after time when we were draggin in the dunes. My buddy just put complete exhaust, air filter, and jets in his; so i am curious to see what he can do.......

Its like you listed......pros and cons both ways Ive mentioned it in other posts, If you do decide on the clamp ons, i have a set for sale with new outerwears on them....if you want them let me know, save you some money.

If you decide on the K&N's, let me know. I have the filters that fit stock carbs, and the outerwears that fit them, for sale.

If you decide to ditch the box and go with 2 k&n's, I will sell you the ones i have with new outerwears for $50 shipped.

i got em, rode with them in silver lake dunes, no complaints. i think they sound great too.

Bigboy is right on, do not use the slip ons if you are going through lots of water. I got an aftermarket air box with the single K&N filter. You could use you stock air box with a new filter and achieve the same thing.
