  8. i got a grab bar that i put a slight bend in last weekend.
  9. Ill be there the 16,17 and 18th. getin some paddles this week.
  10. Thats what i ended up doin reas. got everything back into place. the grab bar is still popin a woody off the back, but ill replace that.
  11. thats what i thought, no matter what i do, it will be weak. the frame didnt kink or tear, just bent enough to make my fenders stick up. if it is going to be weak either way i think i might just cut some steel, and make a bracket for the rear bolts on the grab bar. just to put everything back in the right place.
  12. if i dont heat it, but bang it back into place, it will still be weakened wont it?
  13. was pulling some big wheelies in 2nd gear, and went up to high. slammed back on the grab bar. anyways i bent the light, grab bar and the back of the frame. the light i bent back, ill get a new grab bar, but i dont know about the frame. the two bars that come out the back and connect the frame grab bar and silencers are tweaked a lil bit. it needs to be straightened because when the grab bar is connected it pushes the fenders up. any suggestions on straightening them? should i heat the frame and then bend it? any ideas or experience will be helpful. thanks
  14. is 8 paddles good, or could i use 9?
  15. Right on man, im always down for ridin wherever. when my younger brother had his blaster he rode it in the dunes a few times, and never used paddles. he had some whole shots, and he could got pretty much everywhere. He also had power pack (pipes, silencers, reeds, etc. on it) that might make a small difference. but i bet that a stock blaster would still go just about everywhere. well cool man, we should get a forum going for michigan. i know there is one in the sand forum, about silver lake and the weekends people plan on heading out there. later -Mike
  16. like you said, its pretty simple. the directions tell you exactly what needs to be done so follow them. - be careful not to let the drill go through and hit the other side - you do not need to tap the entire hole - clean the carbs completey begore putting them back on (metal shavings)
  17. yeah blasters quite a bit slower, my younger brother had one til he upgraded to the 450 last year. i ride with 2 other banshees, 2 450's, and a few dirtbikers.

I got the TORS caps (2 sets actually) shoot me a price and ill send them down to ya. i have no idea how much shipping is, probably not much, small package. let me know.
  22. my procircuit ones didnt fit tight either. i disconnected the entire exhaust, put them in polace and noticed that the holes in the brackets were off. drilled new ones and they fit much better now.
  23. just noticed ur from michigan, where abouts?
  24. The vitos kit has everything that you would need. It comes with caps, cable, drill bit, tap, idle screws, and directions. its pretty simple to do. make sure you drill the correct side of the carbs, and clean them out real good before you put them back on.
  25. 100 octane, $4.00/gallon
