man....here I am buildin my shee to get the suspension I need to race the 4 smokes. I just slapped on the LSR axle and +2+1 LSR fronts. Im going with TCS all around, and comparing it to stock, its gotta be a huge difference. I love representing. but txblueshee is right. I am working twice as hard, and the arm pump is twice that of some one on a 4 smoke. but when Im pulling away from them in the straight's...its all worth it. I cant believe they banned the shee's from racing in WA. that's almost unheard of. What the hell is an open class anyway? I think if it runs and is safe....race it.

I use the trail tech and it rocks. and as far as acuaracy...it helps if you do the math right and have the proper sized tires entered into the comp. I have used a GPS to verify the accuaracy of the TT and its within a few miles an hour, but who is to know which is off...the GPS or the TT? Its nice to know how fast your goin, but its even nicer to know how long your ride took. For example, we took a nice ride last month. Took us 7 hours to ride 80 miles. But only 2 hours of that was ride time. Gives your avg and top speeds. the thing kicks ass. Easy to install too. I too had a problem with it not registering in the beginning....come to find out the magnets werent lined up well enough. I had them overlaping about half way...and it wasnt enough. I got it matched almost perfect now.

Way sux to hear. I hope his family is coping well. Every time I wreck I thank God I pulled thru. But for some reason, I just get back on. Who knows why we do what we do...but for some reason we ALL get back on. Im with 98boner...at least he died hittin a wall. Instead of in some hospital bed dyin of old age.....or alzheimers or ...cancer...the list goes on. Truth is, we are all going to die....but like 101 said....It really sux when you know them. The older I get the more people are dying...guess its part of life. but when your doin something you love...makes it a little easier. I think...and again...this is all just my opinion...but its better than getting hit by a bus steppin of the curb in the city.

got new (used) lsr +2's. with heims. and im interested in installing them myself...cept I havent a clue how to adjust the Heims. I mean I know you just tighten them or loosen them. but Is there a generic setup on these. like 5 turns out on the uppers and 4 turns out on the lowers? Or do you just have to take um on and off till you get it right? also...they are barely clearing my shocks in the back. well..its on a jack right now...so they are hanging to the shock length...but its almost touching. maybe the space will increase when shee gets on the ground. i thought I saw insructions somewhere....on adjusting them one way if your racing desert and another if your racing MX. whatcha think?

yup...like the others have said. they are for keeping the tire on the bead. if you are doing some serious racing...ie...serious turing, bumping, low pressure riding, then get um. cuz they will save you some headachs. but if you want the protection...then get baja T9's. but watch out...my buddies havent had any luck with the dual rings...the inside ring tends to pick up rocks and bash and trash your calipers.

speaking of music. I see Brooke has sepultura in her sig. One of the best concerts Ive seen is sepultura with Pantera headlining. I forget who the third band was....too fucked up....but sepultura rocked the house. Then Pantera got on stage did a whole gig....then sat down on the edge of the stage with beers for their encore. People started throwing their joints and shit on the stage and the band members were picking um up ...puffin on um then throwing them back into the audience. then they threw a few beers out and finished up. It was bad-ass. as far ast the music I like.... anything but RAP and COUNTRY!
