There are people who do not want to believe in God. These people will take a single verse or set of verses out of the Bible out of context and say "see, this proves there is no God". These people will then tout that verse around saying "see I know more about the bible than anyone else". The fact is it just shows how little they know. Anyone who has actually read the Bible will answer there own questions. If you have a question about why a certain event happened, try reading about it. Read the chapter before the event, read the chapter after the event. It is always explained by the writer. It makes me laugh a little when people ask how noah sedated the animals on the ark. How bout how did he get them two by two to the boat in the first place? Don't you think if God caused the animals to show up he could most likely keep them calm? Really, when it is all said and done, people don't want to read the Bible because when they do they are forced to realize that God does exist. Then they are forced to make a decision....accept or reject. It makes them accountable for the decision they make. It is easier to say God does not exist because then there is no accountability for anything. I know some of this has been stated already and I know no one is going to change point of view. As for me, most of you already know, I thank God every day for the life he has given me. I wish everyone could understand. Gots to get back to work. RJV

TOOMEY TR6, K&N, Hush Kit. Do a search and Toomey T6 and you will find a ton of info and why I think they are the best, especially if you do not plan on doing any major engine mods. The pipes are perfect for what you are talking about and look great. RJV

HD, fair enough. Im not pushing religion. Never have. I checked out your site, even though you dont believe in it. Did you even check out www.notreligion.com? I am not trying to convert you, this isn't about you. If you read my post I said it is about me and who I am....not that anyone cares. And really, the bigger picture is it is about God and who he is and what he has done for all of us. notreligion.com puts what I believe in a pretty simple package. You asked questions and accused those of us who tried to answer with speaking mindless babble. I tried to give you something that you could look at and try to see where we are coming from and you post back with the Satanic Church. What is that? What does that have to do with anything, you dont belive in that either. Ive been on the site for a while now and don't go around trying to pick fights or force my views on anyone. I started this thread, so I kinda feel like I can try to explain myself and who I am. Not once have I attacked you because you choose to ignore God. It is not my place to judge you, attack you, convert you or whatever you think I am trying to do. This is the General Discussion Forum. I posted an Easter thread for those of us on the site who understand and recognize the importance of what the holiday represents to Christians and those who may be curious about what the big deal is. Not Religion clicky clicky Here is a site, a christian site, but one that explains what I believe for the most part. It puts what I and others have tried to say in an easier to understand light. I am not trying to push religion or Christianity on anyone, but I don't think HD and some others get what I am about. This may help. All I ask is that you Check it out before you bash on me. It's a cool non-offensive site. RJV

No person can claim to understand the Bible without reading it and without wanting to understand God. We on this thread have been talking from two very different perspectives. There is a group on here who has learned about God from the only source that matters, the Bible. And there is another group on here who has learned about God from there own opinions in what they have seen in the world. Ephesians 2-1-3 And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air (satan), of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath (satan) even as the rest. Above describes every human being at one point in there lives. We are all born into this world as sinners. Self serving people. There are good people in the world who are not Christians so don't take that out of context. Ephesians 2:4-6 But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us even when were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ by grace you have been saved, and raised us up with Him and seated us with Him in the heavenly places, in Christ Jesus. This describes those who have come to know Christ, he has made us "Alive". This does not make us any better than the next person but it shows we are different, spiritual life vs standard life. Also, someone quoted a bunch of Old Testament scripture. First a person needs to read all of those sections of the Bible to understand what was going on at that time. You can't take a cake mix, read the first line of the directions, and expect a cake to appear. You have to read it all to understand what to do to get a cake. I got to get to work so here is to more conversation. Take care everyone and try to be respectful of both sides of the discussion. RJV

There is so much surrounding us from life itself in nature to the current events of the world that not only point to the accuracy of the Bible and the truth about Christ, it yells from the mountain tops to everyone. People do not want to see this, even though they say show me. The reason they don't want to see the truth is simple, once they see it, they can no longer deny God, his son or his word written to us. They become responsible for what they do with the knowledge. If they go through life denying what is right in front of them they can go about there business believing there will be no reprecussions for their actions and decisions. It is much easier to believe there is nothing beyond our pathetic existance. And our own pride will tell how great and strong we are when we overcome obstacles on our own, even though deep down we are dying and bitter that we "had" to do it or deep down that obstacle is not overcome, it is simply repressed, pushed down for the time being. We are not free from it. People say show me, when you show them or try to they ignore what you present. It's not that they can't see, its they don't want to see. RJV

Good enough HD. One last question, do you feel I was trying to push my beliefs on you? This thread was meant to wish people well on the weekend, remind people what Easter is a celebration of (here in the US anyway) and I knew it would probabally open some discussion on the topic which I think is good for everyone. So if you felt like I was Bible Thumpin' on you, I wasn't. RJV

Helldriver, again I have nothing against you and you can believe what you choose. But I am calling you on one thing. By this very post you have completely proven one thing. You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. It would be one thing for you to choose to believe Jesus is just a man and the Bible is a bunch of stories if you actually knew what you were talking about. Even the most staunch non-belivers understand what the Bible is saying, they just refuse to belive it. Others just respond with anger to anyone or anything that has to do with Jesus and spout of about fractions of knowledge they have picked up over the years. Acting like they have it all figured out. The fact that people don't believe Jesus is alive does not change the fact that he is. If I were you, I would pick up a Bible and read Mark. I would read through it at least two times. The reason I say twice is because the frist time you will most likely breeze through it not really reading. Especially if you end up picking up an old King James version. The second time through you will probabally slow down a bit and start to pick up what is being said. I am not trying to convert you. I am encouraging you to gain a little knowledge so that your arguments will make sense. You could probabally get through Mark in an hour if you were to just read it. Or a couple days if you read a little at a time. Anyway.......I don't have much else to say. RJV

He is Risen! Jesus has defeated death and given us hope. He has proven he is King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the one and only Son of God. We now have hope. Happy Easter Everyone, RJV

Yep, lots of religions. Lots of gods/idols worshipped. The difference is my God is alive. As to God being vengeful, vain and incompetent what are you refering to? God is just, righteous merciful and all powerful. Have you ever read the Bible. Even a book of the Bible. And I don't mean you pick it up gloss over a couple versus but actually read any part of it? I am not throwing stones or trying to pick a fight I am just curious. Unfortunately most Christians havent even read the whole Bible or even parts of it. They themselves don't understand the Word of God. Most of the time people who say it just a story book have never read it or even a part of it so I am just curious as to what you are basing your beliefs on. RJV

I am not a fan of religion. Religion usually consists of a bunch of rules that one must follow to be accepted by other members of the "religion". Those rules are sometimes based upon what the Bible says and other times based upon what members of the religion think is right or wrong. The only rules I try to follow are the ones from the Bible. And guess what, I cant follow all of them. No matter how hard I try I fail on a daily basis. Anyway, not trying to start anything like the last time. Easter and Christmas are important times to me and I would bet others on here because of the Christian view of the Holiday. The importance of what those days represent to me can not be explained. Salvation is the most important thing and the most amazing thing a person can experiance. When God knocks at anyones door they know. It just differs on what people will do when they hear and feel the knocking. The beauty of free will. I've got nothing against you Helldriver, we've got different views on this topic is all. Have a good weekend anyway doing what ever you do on Easter Weekend. RJV

Happy Easter everyone, I hope you all have a great weekend with family and friends. Take a moment to think about this. Even if you donn't believe, think about the meaning and the impact it has if it is true. Mark 16:1-8 And when the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint Him (Jesus). And very early on the first day of the week they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. And they were saying to one another "Who will roll away the stone foru us from the entrance of the tomb?" And looking up they saw that the stone had been rolled away, although it was extremely large. And entering the tomb, they saw a young man sitting at the right, wearing a white robe; and they were amazed. And he said to them, "Do not be amazed, you are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who has been cruscified. He has risen; He is not here; behold, here is the place where they laid Him. Go tell His disciples and Peter, He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, just as He has told you." This is what it is all about. Not just Easter but every day. The fact that Jesus is alive and he conquered death and sin. The fact that we can start again and be forgiven. That there is a God and he has provided a way of reconciliation for us. That a new life is ours to ask for. The next time you hit the dunes or the trail with your bike especially in the spring, look around. You can see God's plan for us all around you. As the plants that died in the fall come back to "life" Just like those plants, all of us were spiritually dead at one point. All we have to do is recognize it and ask for the new life God provides through Jesus Christ. RJV

Funny how hotRod came on here saying how lame it was to talk trash when it took him about two post to start running his mouth and make an ass out of himself. We have all taken heat before at one time or another, who cares. It comes and goes and everyone who spends any time on here is going to have a turn to be on the hot seat. I've been there when I was saying James Stewart wasn't ready for the big time (which by the way, he couldn't get it done last year and looks like he isn't getting it done this year), others have been there for a hundred other things. Its called life. I try to stay out of it most of the time but hotRod, whoever he really is needs to shut his mouth about things he really has no idea about. Most of the people who end up goin at eachother have a little history anyway, someone with 15 posts can't know that history. Anyway, RJV

Take some more pics and e-mail them to the guy if you have not already. Take overalls to show your bike isn't f'd up and ask him to explain why they don't fit. Worth a shot. RJV

Check/ClickHere I have them and love them. RJV

Start cheap. Dump the gas and make sure you are running the right mix. Then repack the silencers, if you were running rich they can get saturated. These guys know what they are talking about and it very well could be the seal, but start easy and work towards hard. Eliminate the simple stuff first. Just my opinion. RJV
