With my mods what size carbs would you suggest for mx, low to mid power. Check sig for mods and porting is stage 3.

Mine was doing the same thing so I changed the tranny oil. That seemed to help some. Another thing is that if you dont relieve all the pressure on the shifter before trying to shift again, sometimes it doesnt want to shift right.

Is there a special way you guys with -2 pegs kick? Whenever I try and kick it, my foot hits the peg and twists my ankle to where after a few kicks I have stop. This was without nerfs so maybe when I get those back on it will be better.

I will check the boots, I did have to put them on there a bit weird to get them to fit into the stock intakes. I have another question, since the asshole I bought the carbs from lied in his ad and said the only thing that was missing was chokes, I thought thats all I needed. Well I was looking over the carbs tonight and found a threaded hole that goes into the side of the top part of the carb(where the slide is at). I am good friends with a mechanic and he said that it looked like where the idle speed screw would be. So my question is, all you PWK carb owners, can you take a look at your carbs and see of you have a screw in the upper part of your carbs. I attached a pic.

I would looking over the slides today, and noticed one of my needles moves up and down quite a bit. I would have to guess it moves at least an 1/8 inch. Could this be the problem? If so what will I need to replace?

If that is the idle, then where is the air/fuel mixture screw at. By drivers side I am guessing you mean left side correct? If so I know what screw you are talking about but it is a bronze color not black.

I ordered the throttle cable because it was shitty anyway. How do you adjust the idle on pwk's? I know you adjust them with the chokes on pj's but I'm not sure about pwk's.

How do you go about gettin sponsered? Do you email them or what?

I just got the shee put back together after pipe, carb, peg and nerf setup change. I bought the carbs used off ebay and are keihin pwk's, I'm guessing 30's that have been bored to 32's. When I start it it redlines, and I have to kill it within a few seconds. I tryed it with choke on and off and its the same thing. It might have been just a hair worse with the choke off or it might have been in my head. I am unfimiliar with these types of carbs, so it may be a simple solution, I just dont know how to fix it. What is the probem?? Thanks.

I was looking at them earlier myself. I would go for it, just because unless the price rises about $130 or so it seems like a good deal, and if you read the details in the description it says you get a 30 day money back gaurantee. Cant beat that..

I'm going to put some of that high temp tape on there and see if that works. Any other suggestions?

The coolant line that runs into the case is touching up against my pipe. If your not fimiliar about what coolant line it is the big one, close to an inch in diameter. Will the pipe burn a hole in the coolant line? I have tried moving the line to get it to not touch but it wont work. What are my options?

I picked up a set of -2 pegs and the graydons wont work anymore. I need some DG's.

brock- Yep, I'm in manito, come take a look at them if you want to. So your saying that I'm going to have to get DG nerfs made for a blaster?

I would be willing to trade the graydons for some dg's or something else that will fit.

I just got a set of -2 pegs mounted and my graydon nerfs wont mount up with them. Is there a way to get them the extra 2 inches back or am I going to have to get a new set of nerfs? I know that DG's will work but what are some other options?

What should I run with 32mm keihins? My choices are 1/4, 3/16, and 5/16. What would you suggest?

Besides ceramic coating or any of the high temp coating applications, not much. The best thing you could do is wipe them down with WD40 or some other kind of rust inhibitor, but heat coating pipes is so cheap I don't see why you wouldnt do it.

I have a friend that has it in is car. I love it. There is like +150 channels, every kind of music imaginable, sports, news, comedy, and a movie channel. The movie channel actually plays movies and you can just listen to them. I would definitely get one if I had the money.

I have been doing alot of research around the net on powdercoating and ceramic coating and Racing Quads seems to have about the best prices around. I was quoted something like $50-$60 to ceramic coat my pipes.
