ok forget the rent,,,,time to buy shocks.....what do you guys think of a used set of axis shocks with rezzies for 300 then rebuild them?

just like the title says....looking for a good condition starter bike for her. something she can beat up on. not looking to spend over 700.

so its time to order some suspension. i have norrowed it down to these 3 shocks since i want to be under 500....i am not a pro racer, i dont really hit up the track...im a rec rider that wants some better suspension...i like bang for the buck. Elka Rec shocks....dual rate no rez....seen them for 450 shipped on ebay works dual rates.....no rez ...on ebay for 400 shipped or works g series....dual rate no rez on ebay for 480 shipped. i never tested any of these in real life. i am ordering based on the forum members experiences. as far as a arms, i am going with a +2+1 setup from wicked. I was going to do an ASR setuponly bc they have a lifetime warrenty no matter what but ive seen too many stories about how they dont line up or the customer service blows....i guess ill take my chances on wickeds arms. so what do you guys think?

ok guys, i have the opportunity to buy some new arms/shocks for my banshee. i can get a set of used roll designs with works triple with rezzies or i can get a new set of wicked's arms and a set of rec elkas for the same amount i know roll designs are obviously a more known company and have been in the business for a while...but am i really going to notice that much of a difference over the newer set up?

Didnt think i would make this post but I am contemplating selling my syclone. I have owned her for almost 3 years and only put about 2k miles on her per year. Basic rundown of truck is as follows: 64,000 miles rpm stage 1 bolt on turbo rpm ac delete kit cold air intake soft ic lines walbro 255 fuel pump johnson ic pump pioneer cd player with all new speakers egr delete belltech rear swaybar. new adjustable ranchos in rear and new bilsteins in front Truck ran a best of 13.07 before the turbo was put in, still on stock tune. I had plans on getting together with nolan and having him tune it after the turbo but have not gotten around to it. Interior is as clean as can be, exterior is about an 8 out of 10. Currently the truck has no exhaust, i purchased an rpm one, removed the old one and did not mind the sound so i kept it off, plus i lost about 50 lbs. currently the truck weighs in at about 3380 with out a driver. I also have a brand new PLX dm5 wideband i planed on using. The truck runs and drives fine but would need a tune to complete it. I can include the new exhaust and wb02 at buyers request. Now the price....I'm not 100percent sure on what to ask for it. I see them on autotrader with more miles asking about 10k, and some with about the same mileage for 13s/14s. I am not pressed to sell, just trying to free up some money and pay off some bills. The truck is paid for with title in hand so its not like it costs me anything to keep. I would be happy with $12,500 for everything including the exhaust and wb02. I have pics on my other computer, can post them up if interested.

running 32:1 maxima super m with c12 race fuel. passion stroker, pj34mms all the goodies. running a 170 main. i definitly think i can lean her out.

any reason sometimes after a ride when i come to a stop the bike stumbles than dies? it doesnt happen all the time. just every now and then.

looking for a cheap atv for my girlfriend to ride. she has ridden 4x4s so she has some experience. i was originally looking for a blaster, 250ex or something along those lines. looking to spend 500

there are 2 phone number on his site. make sure you call both. i have one of jims motors and all i can say is its definitly worth the wait. on top of the great motor he is always there to talk you through stuff on the phone if theres a problem.....

search, you will find plenty of threads.....i have used belray gear saver and now i use maxima mtl....good stuff.
