Elevation, temp all have an effect. what size pilot? How is the throtle response off idle? How many turns out on the air\fuel screw? were is the clip set on the needle???

The 2 large bolts on the top and bottom of the housing heed to be loosend, then the 2 smaller adj. screws need to adj. for the chain tension, then re tighten the larger nuts as well as the nuts on the adj. bolts. If you need more slack that has to be done by hand, rolling the housing forward to let the tension of. Lay on the floor, look directly next to the bottom large bolt, should see the slot.

Thats usually how I go to the dunes, not this time. the KTM is his motorcycle. Been a bitch for him, hasnt ran since last fall. blew it up andf cant get his guys to fix it right. This time it was the carb, pukes fuel as soon as he turns it on. Poor bastard, back to the shop for him!

Can you say flow? It just helps with the flow/mix of the oil/gas.All my shit has been matched, helps all the way round. More flow=more power. Like he said every lil bit helps..

Thats what sucks. early mornin test and tune, so I thought no biggie, just roll. 15 min from the dunes, my bad. my buddies KTM took a shit too LOL!!!! On big trips, I can almost build a damn shee from the ground up, I should know better......

Got my ass up at 5:30 yesterday to go ride. All good. got to the dunes unloaded, took the shee for a little run to check jetting. (brand new top end tryin powerjets) Made it bout 100 yards,snapped my clutch cable, F%$#@! A! awesome! Have 2 brand new ones at my house. Needless to say, short day for me.

I use cpis and hill climb with them, just have to rev alil harder when ya let it go. Go to the 14 too.

The slides should pull at the same time when you crack it... If the are out of sinc, runs shitty. They have a sinc tool, or i just do it by feel. take the filter off stick my fingers in each carb and give gas.(shut off, of coarse) You should be able feel the slides move at the same time. If not adj them so they do. also, are the tors removed?

I got them from bk_banshee. Good guy to deal with, not very much either. The turn around was fast too!
