  4. My friends cpis did the same. so far mine broke my freakin mount! I took a hose clamp on the stinger under my plastics to try and make them more rigid. seems to be working so far... The fit of the cpis is fucked up, considering the price. JMO

  7. I run 21-12-8 9 paddle when I go to Dumont. My cub pulls 15-43 really hard with this gear and tire set up, but blows them off the rims on the launch. It makes up on the hill. Ive ran 22s with 10 paddles before with my other motor (72 horse) and launched like a mother, so that is similar to were u r at. Personally Id go with the 9s.
  8. I run an 8 with my cub, but im not strutted, I dune/ drag. I have straight cut gears, the lower front sprocket is bullshit. It freed it up big time, and the friggin crank doesnt walk sideways out the case. I run a 15 tooth in the sand up front. hope it helps.
  9. I live in the heat. It could be as simple as the pilots r gummed up. Pull em off, clean the pilots out real ect.... See if that hhelps. Later

  11. Im with ok on this, If your turning the air screw all tehe way in, you makin it richer on the bottom. No way in hell you should have to run a bigger pilot. I run 27.5s even at sea level. Try those and a 300 main or even a 290. weres the clip at? Stock carbs?

  13. R theshift shafts good? Did you check out the shift shaft itself? If the spring is worn, sometimes they will hang a gear... Not really stuck, just wont pull it through to the next. Youre this far, replace it. cheap and an easy part to install..
  14. Same here. ran the same comp for years. Now Im 180 plus, so its straight race fuel (fuck). youll be good to go, no detonation which is good.

  16. Fire it up let it idle. You have an air leak somewhere. spray carb cleaner/ eather around the cyls carbs. If it doesnt rev up round the base of the cyl, or carbs, do a leak down. Let us know.

  21. Take the brake lever and foot peg off, pull all screws after all th oil and antifreeze r drained( sounds like uve never been before) its all good. The water impeller is inside the case like he said. Youll see the plastic gear when ya get the side case off. No big deal. Let us know how it goes
  22. Do this, pull the plug smell the oil ( i know hear me out) if its rank the clutch is fried that would give you the spastic clutch
