  1. Theres NO WAY in hell that motor should shake and vibrate like that. Take it to the dealer you bought it from and have it fixed! They hire all kind of monkeys to put them together. Someone fucked up big time dont let them fuck with you, that sound and shake is whacked!!!

  6. My process is my own thing some say I overkill it. my bikes got the same paint job its had for 5 yrs. rolled it crashed ect. Sand plastic w `180 shoot with bulldog flex prime, resand w 220 and prime again with bulldog in the paint. follw up with finish and bulldog in the color and clear....... Howd you do it??

  14. ya got a freak bearing. Ive NEVER gotten a bad wrist pin bearing from wiscoe, even after totally fryin the piston, wrist pin didnt fail. Its a freak man.. JMO

  17. You need a new one for sure. The end of the shaft has wore out. easy fix with a new one.
  18. If the inner hub is grooved up yes the clutch will hang up. Get a new one and keep youree clutch soakin so itdoesnt dry till you put it all back together.
  19. Allright. Is the clutch arm adj correctly? Is the ball and rod in good shape? Is the inner and outer clutch grooved, causing youre clutch to hang up, instead of releasing. If these r all good could be bad bearing, washer set up, inner basket nut TOO tight. Let us know

    UHHH

    Well finally got to go do some drag racin with the tree sat. Brand new track, tryin to get the bugs worked out. Pull thr bikes off the trailer talk to the owner (donated 50 bones to help the cause). Lined up, let er go, went for 3rd and no clutch. fuckin keeper broke on the inner hub nut. i was done. And to boot fuckin snowed like hell about an hour later.
  21. If you were doin the drive around and tune, Id say the mid was lean, causing the piston to melt. thats why you ran around for so long before shee finally gave up. Pull the head, you may have to replace a piston and then try again. BTW who r u dealin with in Vegas (is that were u r at?)

  24. I run 15 43 atDumont on my cub. Depends on the sand.
  25. water in youre oil will look milky white. That means the water pump seal is bad. If not, is the level correct on the oil and hopefully the crank hasnt blown a seal, pressuring up the tranny.
