I had the same problem with my FMF's. The only thing that cured mine was the dynojet jet kit. Even with that, I still had to put the needle on the richest setting.

most of the higher performance pipes such as Rockets, CPI, Shearer, are gonna either be VERY close to hitting something or ARE going to hit something.. Those pipes are WAY bigger than the average pipe, and there just simply isnt enough room in the banshee frame. If you dont like your pipes rubbing on your frame or head a lil, buy some Toomeys. BUT if you want something that will pump out about 10 more ponnies, buy one of the three I listed above.

I thought the PC's and the FMF's were about the same. PC had a little more on top, but FMF had a tad more on the bottom. Neither were much to brag about IMO!

How long has it been since you last rode it? Perhaps you have a jet gunked up?

have you checked your coolant bottle? One time I had a compression O-ring funked up on my head, and it was leaking a small amont of coolant into the cylinder causing it to miss every now and then. I dont run a coolant bottle, but I kept the overflow hose in the stock location. After riding it I could tell there was coolant coming out of the overflow hose. At first I thought maybe I just got the rad. too full, but after a few more rides I could tell it was getting worse.

Just get a set of aluminum Renthal dirt bike bars (or something comparable). Cut about 1 1/2" to 2" off each end. Then remove the "removable" crossbar. Makes for a sweet lookin set of bars, and they are lite weight aswell. Just dont plan on doin any duning with them, cause they'll bend when you land off jumps.

I must agree to that as well. When I had my dune port, my bike dynoed at 59hp. I put a brand new barnett with the heavy springs in (after I soaked the clutch for about a day) when I put the motor together. That clutch lasted for about 4hrs...incuding breaking the new motor in. I'll never buy another barnett again. Waste of money!

shearer's are pretty loud if that what your lookin for. They also perform VERY well!

I'd try to get the .125's if I were you. Maybe you should try to order from someplace else. If all you can get is .190's then I guess thats gonn hafta work.

I always used a propane torch from the under side. You have to move the torch around a lot though or it'll melt.

I've used this tool before...very easy, and very accurate.
