Friends, I'm sorry to see that everyone is in arguement! Why must we fight among ourselves? Why is there so much bitterness? Why cant we all get along, be friends and have fun? Why is it always a competition? I seek fun in building new things for MYSELF,as I'm sure others on here do. I'm planning on changing a few things on my bike aswell, but its not to try and impress anyone other than myself. Puddle jumper..I take it you are still riding the YFZ 450. If so there are two 450 classes, a stock class, and a modified class. Stock means aftermarket exhaust only. Modified is anything you want!

what size and wall thickness of tubing are you using?

I have both..a stock swingarm, and a stock crank. Both are off of an 01'. The swingarm I took off last spring, and the crank was taken out in 03' to go to a 4mm. I'll take 175 plus shipping for both. I'll aso throw in the skidplate and carrier (bearings in the carrier are not the greatest).

Its not hard to find the correct metering rod from the get go. You have to find someone whos has worked with them some....I just called FBG and they hooked me up with spot on jetting. It was damn near perfect out of the box.

I've got a set that are like brand new...maybe 10 hrs on them. I'll take $150 for them.

I got some small bore Chrome inframe CPI less than 1 yr old...perfect shape, wanting to go Big bore. Sell for $450

That does look like the old style shearer silencer end cap. Doesnt look like a production model pipe tho. Especially with the unpolished silencer tubes.

Use EagleOne wheel cleaner for rough cast aluminum wheels without clearcoat. This is the best product ever made hands down!!! Its the badest shit on earth. Make sure its for rough cast no clear coat tho..Its the only kind that works. It will clean any aluminum surface.

inframes are your typical pipe. They take the stock pipe routing. Out of frames come out of the motor, go out the side of the bike, and mount to the foot pegs (drag pipes). Also known as side pipes.

3's is haulin ass. I havent seen any threes at our local track. The fastest I've seen was a 4.2 on a 10mm drag frame. Of course our track is a fairly slow track too. Dirt sand mix.

RMATV is the cheapest

Your fine then.. the next tank of fuel you run trough it you should mix a little leaner. I'm not sure about klotz but I'm thinkin they recomend 50:1. Check with your supplier....or someone on here might know.

yep, $875 is as low as you can find them. However some do offer better deals on the whole topend kit. Be wise in your decisions tho. Just because its a $100-$200 cheaper doesnt always mean it the best deal. If your gonna have porting done pick a familier name, and find someone who has a motor by that builder and ask if they were happy with the sevice and performance of the machine.
