to find xylene also known as zylol go to a paint store there both pretty strong paint thinners used to reduce certain epoxy coatings.tulene i beleive is very potent and i think its photochemicly reactive not sure though

if your that worried about loosing it a 3rd time get a new nut,fold down the sides of the washer,you do have an over sized washer dont you,til it touches the sides of the nut.that will keep the nut from spinning loose kinda works on the same principle as safety wire.or you can put some loktite blue onto it.ebay for the case saver.$19.00 with the hardware

does it make noise when you work the throttle when its shut down?

if its normally like that and your just tired of getting riders thumb they have an extension for the throttle lever costs around 20$works good put one on my wife quad and she can hang all day now.if it just got like that try lubing it up or if all else fails buy a new one

thats exactly what i thought of doing,ive seen clutch side covers stock sell for about 30-60$ poished for 150-200$ and honestly its not that hard.every thing that was painted black on my shee is now polished and i guess i have 7 hours into it

put new plugs in it.theres alot of mynute[small] metal particles being thrown around in the clylinders after a rebiuld.and they foul the plugs up something feirce.try it

im thinking if you unplug the tors box from the under side of your gas tank that will eliminate all your tors problems then you wouldnt have to worry about the ignition.get it to run then check for air leaks or a tight throttle cable
