Do a search on cranks, some people on here have had trouble with vito's cranks. I don't know who makes them for vito's, wiseco makes the vito's pistons.

Yeah toomey drag pipes, high compression head and pistons. Sounds like a car salesman to me.

Do a search on here, just a couple of weeks ago boonman posted measurements and details. He has done a lot for members so I would use his data.

The freeplay might not been adjusted right on the cable.

Sounds like a good idea for people that have never been inside a 2 stroke, I beleive it would give them confidence to take on rebuilds.

If you are taking the airbox off cut off the mounting tabs or they will rub holes in your filters, or zip ty them together if you want to put the airbox back on. I got the overflow bracket with the spark plug holders and it is very convenient to have 2 spares.

A trip wire attached to a firing pin that hits a 12 guage shotgun shell works great to.

You allready have a shaved head, you wont gain from a new head unless you need more cooling ability. If it were me I would get the porting.

I have tdr's and you can port them like the picture shows, you can use a dremel but a die grinder works even better. I cut the bridge peices out with a cutting disc to save on grinding cause the grinding stone I used loads up fast with aluminum.

Why do you have to search them out if they are so fast, if they were they would come to your home turf and put something on you.

I've had a degree key for 4 years with no problems, but I have seen them shear on blasters. The key is 25 and adjustable timing plate is 35 so I would buy the plate.
